Claims (7)
- Waschmaschine, insbesondere zum Waschen von Textilien oder Bekleidung, Geschirr oder dergleichen in Wasser, Folgendes umfassend:- eine stationäre Laugenwanne oder einen Behälter zur Aufnahme des Waschguts,- einen Ablassbehälter, der unterhalb der Laugenwanne oder des Behälters angeordnet ist und geeignete Wasserpumpenmittel zum Auspumpen des Wassers besitzt, wobei das Pumpenmittel von einem Synchron-Elektromotor angetrieben wird, auf dessen Welle (1) ein Pumpenrad (2) in einer Schrumpfverbindung angebracht ist, wobei ein Ende der Welle mit einer exzentrischen Verlängerung (4) versehen ist, wobei das Pumpenrad in seinem mittleren Bereich, wo es an der welle befestigt ist, mit einem ringförmigen Hohlraum (5) versehen ist, der sich kreisförmig nur entlang einem bestimmten Bogenabschnitt (A) erstreckt und geeignet ist, die exzentrische Verlängerung (4) aufzunehmen, welche so dimensioniert ist, dass sie zu einer freien Rotation im Hohlraum über einen vorher bestimmbaren Bogen (B) geeignet ist,- ein Wasserablassrohr, das mit einem Ende des Ablassbehälters verbunden ist, und das geeignet ist, das vom Pumpenmittel gepumpte Wasser nach außerhalb der Maschine zu transportieren, wobei die Maschine geeignet ist, eine vorher eingestellte Abfolge von Prozessphasen auszuführen, die mindestens eine Wasserablassphase enthält,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle des Motors mit einem geeigneten Schwungradmittel (33) ausgestattet ist, so dass eine erwünschte Zunahme an Trägheit gewährleistet ist.
- Waschmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwungrad (33) im Verhältnis zum Rotor (10) des Motors in dem Wellenabschnitt angeordnet ist, der dem Pumpenrad (2) gegenüber angeordnet ist.
- Waschmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwungrad (33) zwischen dem Rotor (10) des Motors und dem Pumpenrad angeordnet ist.
- Waschmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwungrad (33) in zwei getrennte und unabhängige Teile geteilt ist, von denen ein erster (33A) zwischen dem Pumpenrad und dem Rotor (10) des Motors angeordnet ist und der zweite (33B) auf der gegenüber liegenden Seite im Verhältnis zum Rotor angeordnet ist.
- Waschmaschine gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- ein zylindrisches Element (6) koaxial mit der Welle und vorzugsweise in einer Position angeordnet ist, die angrenzend an die Verlängerung ist,- im mittleren Bereich des Pumpenrads ein Hohlraum (7) koaxial mit der Welle angeordnet und so dimensioniert ist, dass er das zylindrische Element ohne Behinderung aufzunehmen vermag, und- zwischen dem Hohlraum und dem zylindrischen Element ein elastisches Mittel vorgesehen ist, das geeignet ist, eine Reibung zwischen dem zylindrischen Element (6) und dem Hohlraum (7) zu erzeugen, wenn sich diese im Verhältnis zueinander bewegen.
- Waschmaschine gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Mittel ein Ring (8) ist, der auf einer Ebene angeordnet ist, die im rechten Winkel zur Welle und koaxial zu dieser angeordnet ist.
- Waschmaschine gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastische Ring (8) fest um das zylindrische Element angeordnet ist.
