Abstract
Description
- les moyens de fixation amovible sont de type à baïonnette ;
- les moyens de fixation de type à baïonnette comprennent au moins un pion, monté sur l'ensemble de guidage, apte à coopérer avec au moins une encoche ménagée dans une pièce de liaison, solidaire en translation du moteur ;
- dans la position de prise, le ou chaque pion est reçu dans une cavité correspondante de l'encoche, cavité qui est bordée par un col intermédiaire ;
- il est prévu des moyens de rappel, notamment élastique, aptes à ramener axialement chaque pion vers le fond d'une cavité correspondante, de manière à empêcher toute désolidarisation intempestive entre le moteur et les moyens de transformation du mouvement ;
- le moteur est reçu au moins en partie dans un caisson, notamment muni de poignées de manutention ;
- dans la position de prise, le caisson se situe à peu près dans le prolongement de l'ensemble de guidage ;
- dans la position de prise, le caisson est disposé au-dessous de l'ensemble de guidage ;
- la pièce de liaison est montée sur ledit caisson ;
- la pièce de liaison est cylindrique, et elle est apte à pénétrer au moins partiellement dans un logement de l'ensemble de guidage ;
- l'axe rotatif du moteur s'étend au moins partiellement dans le volume intérieur de ladite pièce de liaison ;
- les moyens de transformation du mouvement comprennent un vérin, notamment un vérin à vis, possédant un axe apte à être entraíné en rotation par l'axe rotatif du moteur, et il est prévu des moyens d'accouplement temporaire de ces deux axes ;
- les moyens d'accouplement temporaire comprennent deux organes d'accouplement, aptes à engrener mutuellement de façon temporaire, chaque organe d'accouplement étant monté sur un axe correspondant ;
- les organes d'accouplement sont cannelés ;
- l'un des organes d'accouplement est solidaire d'un boítier souple, apte à recevoir l'autre organe d'accouplement, dans la position d'engrènement mutuelle de ces deux organes.
- la figure 1 est une vue générale, illustrant une installation de coulée continue conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue de face, illustrant un ensemble de commande appartenant à l'installation de coulée continue de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe de côté, illustrant l'ensemble de commande de la figure 2 ;
- la figure 4 est une vue à plus grande échelle, illustrant une partie de cet ensemble de commande ; et
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe longitudinale, illustrant une pièce de liaison appartenant à l'ensemble de commande des figures 2 à 4.
Claims (16)
- Ensemble de commande (10) d'un obturateur (6) pour une installation de coulée continue, comprenant un ensemble de guidage (20), un arbre (12) d'entraínement de l'obturateur (6), apte à se déplacer en translation par rapport à l'ensemble de guidage, un moteur (42), possédant un axe rotatif (44), ainsi que des moyens (56, 70, 76) aptes à transformer le mouvement rotatif du moteur en un mouvement de translation de l'arbre d'entraínement (12), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens (40, 62) permettant la fixation amovible du moteur (42) sur les moyens de transformation du mouvement (56, 70, 76), de sorte que le moteur est apte à posséder une position de prise et une position de repos et en ce que, dans la position de prise, l'axe rotatif (44) du moteur (42) s'étend sensiblement selon une direction principale (A) de l'arbre d'entraínement (12).
- Ensemble de commande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation amovible (40, 62) sont de type à baïonnette.
- Ensemble de commande selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation de type à baïonnette comprennent au moins un pion (40), monté sur l'ensemble de guidage (20), apte à coopérer avec au moins une encoche (62) ménagée dans une pièce de liaison (60), solidaire en translation du moteur (42).
- Ensemble de commande selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de prise, le ou chaque pion (40) est reçu dans une cavité (66) correspondante de l'encoche (62), cavité qui est bordée par un col intermédiaire (68).
- Ensemble de commande selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens de rappel, notamment élastique (80), aptes à ramener axialement chaque pion (40) vers le fond d'une cavité (66) correspondante, de manière à empêcher toute désolidarisation intempestive entre le moteur (42) et les moyens de transformation du mouvement (56, 70, 76).
- Ensemble de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moteur (42) est reçu au moins en partie dans un caisson (46), notamment muni de poignées de manutention (48).
- Ensemble de commande selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de prise, le caisson (46) se situe à peu près dans le prolongement de l'ensemble de guidage (20).
- Ensemble de commande selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de prise, le caisson (46) est disposé au-dessous de l'ensemble de guidage (20).
- Ensemble de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, prise en combinaison avec l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (60) est montée sur ledit caisson (46).
- Ensemble de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce de liaison (60) est cylindrique, et en ce qu'elle est apte à pénétrer au moins partiellement dans un logement (36) de l'ensemble de guidage (20).
- Ensemble de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'axe rotatif (44) du moteur (42) s'étend au moins partiellement dans le volume intérieur de ladite pièce de liaison (60).
- Ensemble de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transformation du mouvement comprennent un vérin, notamment un vérin à vis (70), possédant un axe (72) apte à être entraíné en rotation par l'axe rotatif (44) du moteur (42), et en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens d'accouplement temporaire (56, 76) de ces deux axes (44, 72).
- Ensemble de commande selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accouplement temporaire comprennent deux organes d'accouplement (56, 76), aptes à engréner mutuellement de façon temporaire, chaque organe d'accouplement (56, 76) étant monté sur un axe correspondant (44, 72).
- Ensemble de commande selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les organes d'accouplement (56, 76) sont cannelés.
- Ensemble de commande selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que l'un (56) des organes d'accouplement (56, 76) est solidaire d'un boítier souple (58), apte à recevoir l'autre organe d'accouplement (76), dans la position d'engrènement mutuelle de ces deux organes.
- Installation de coulée continue, comprenant une cuve (2), qui est apte à recevoir du métal fondu et qui est munie d'un orifice (8) assurant l'écoulement de ce métal fondu, une lingotière (18), disposée en aval de cet orifice (8), de manière à pouvoir recueillir ce métal fondu, un obturateur (6) destiné à obturer de façon sélective cet orifice (8), ainsi qu'un ensemble de commande (10) de cet obturateur, caractérisée en ce que ledit ensemble de commande (10) est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
