Abstract
Description
- un flacon formé par un corps surmonté d'un col d'axe X muni d'une ouverture, l'ouverture étant délimitée par un bord qui comporte une portion intérieure et une portion extérieure, au moins une partie de la portion extérieure étant située axialement au-dessus de la portion intérieure ;
- un réducteur d'écoulement monté dans l'ouverture du col, le réducteur comportant un rebord en appui sur la portion intérieure du bord du col ;
- la figure 1 illustre une vue éclatée en perspective d'un mode de réalisation d'un dispositif de conditionnement selon l'invention ; et
- la figure 2 représente une coupe partielle du dispositif illustré à la figure 1 en position de fermeture.
Claims (13)
- ― Dispositif de conditionnement d'un produit fluide comprenant :un flacon (10) formé par un corps (11) surmonté d'un col (12) d'axe X muni d'une ouverture (13), l'ouverture étant délimitée par un bord (14) qui comporte une portion intérieure (140) et une portion extérieure (141), au moins une partie de la portion extérieure étant située axialement au-dessus de la portion intérieure ;un réducteur d'écoulement (20) monté dans l'ouverture du col, le réducteur comportant un rebord (21) en appui sur la portion intérieure du bord du col ;
- ― Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le réducteur (20) comporte une extrémité libre (22) qui, en position montée du réducteur dans le flacon, est située à distance, mesurée transversalement à l'axe X, non nulle des parois du flacon.
- ― Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale du réducteur est circulaire et diminue jusqu'à son extrémité libre (22) de manière à former une portion tronconique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réducteur (20) est maintenu en force à l'intérieur du col du flacon.
- ― Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface externe du réducteur (20) comporte des nervures (23).
- ― Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réducteur (20) est réalisé de moulage d'un matériau thermoplastique à partir d'une seule pièce.
- Disposition selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le réducteur (20) est réalisé en un matériau thermoplastique choisi parmi les chlorures de polyvinyle, les polypropylènes, les polyéthylènes, les polystyrènes, ou d'un complexe de matériaux de type polypropylène/éthylène-vinyl alcool (EVOH)/polypropylène, polyéthylène/polyéthylène téréphtalate, ou polystyrène/EVOH/polyéthylène.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un capuchon (30) destiné à fermer l'ouverture du col de manière étanche au produit, une paroi interne (31) du capuchon venant en appui sur une partie de la portion extérieure (141) du bord.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon (30) comporte un filetage (32) sur sa paroi interne prévu pour coopérer avec un filetage (15) complémentaire prévu sur la paroi externe du col du flacon.
- ― Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon (30) est solidaire d'un organe d'application (40).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'application (40) est un pinceau.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le flacon (10) est en verre.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le flacon (10) contient un produit cosmétique, notamment un vernis à ongles.
