Abstract

Stencil comprises a frame or composing stick (4) having connections for exchangeable profiles (1). The connections are removable so that words, figures, names, etc. can be placed on fabric, walls, furniture, windows, T-shirts, dishes, doormats, carpets, paper or card, etc. Preferred Features: The frame is a rectangle closed by four sides. Description

PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a composite stencil which is used for the set of fonts, drawings, names, designations etc on textiles, apartment walls, furniture, windows, T-shirts, trays, carpets, drapes, paper or cardboard, etc., or materials ,

The assemblable template according to the invention contains a frame of thin material. Character templates for letters or graphic units are placed on this frame to depict a sentence, a name, a label, or an ornamental cathedral.

For this purpose, the frame forms an angle hook on which the drawing templates are fastened, which are provided with suitable clamps to achieve a correct arrangement of the set.

STATE OF THE ART

To relocate graphics sets to the decorating surface, invariable stencils are used. used, which from a metal plastic plate u.s.w. consist. On the plate letters are cut in order to set sentences, names or ornamental or technical drawings. Thus, the plate forms a drawing template, which can not be changed if the change in the arrangement of the letters or the drawings cut on the plate is necessary or desired.

The drawing template is used to set only one drawing or one font. For this purpose, the sign template is arranged on the selected surface so that the surface to be decorated is covered. By means of a soaked brush, a sponge or a spray can, a matching ink is scattered on the surface to be decorated to set the drawing or the writing.

PURPOSES AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE INVENTION

The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention, as characterized in claim 1 solves the problem of creating a different type of composite template. By means of the template according to the invention, sentences, drawings, names, designations, etc., on textiles, apartment walls, furniture, windows, T-shirts, shawls, carpets, drapery, paper or cardboard, etc., or other materials are set.

The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that the template allows the set of figures (writings or drawings) by an angle hook for graphic setting. The figures are changed, if necessary, or the change of setting of the sets or the drawings is desired.

The assemblable template comprises a frame or angled hook in which bindings are provided for replaceable sets of writing sets; the bindings are removable, so that sentences, drawings, names, names etc, on fabrics, apartment walls, furniture, windows, T-shirt, bowls, carpets, ceding, paper or cardboard, etc., or other materials are set.

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

The figures show a composite template, or its components. The scraper of Figure 1 is a surface for a congratulatory writing, which has been discontinued by the template according to the invention. The congratulatory font consists of letters that have been deposited by ink. The ink was on the scraper by means of a soaked brush, a sponge or a spray can by a graphic means of an angle hook s kept scattered sentence.

Each set profile 1 has two opposite lobes 2, 3, which serve to fix the set profiles 1 on the frame or angle hooks 4, and to keep the set profiles 1 in the attained positions to a set, a name, a name or an ornamental drawing to put.

Advantageously, this distance is less small so as to overlay two adjacent sets of profiles so as to cover the spaces of the surface to be decorated which need not be soiled by the ink.

In the example of Fig. 3, the hold slots 9, 10 are five, like five are the letters forming the word "Marco". The name "Leonhard" of Fig. 5 is much longer than "Markus", so it must consist of eight sentence profiles instead of six. For this purpose, the non-inventive angle hook of Figure 6 is used, which has a much higher number of pairs of retaining slots 9, 10 which are arranged on the opposite sides 6, 8 of the frame 4 of the angle hook.

Advantageously, the frame 4 of the angle hook of Figure 6 has the shape of an elongated C with three discrete sides 5, 6, 8. This configuration of the frame 4 allows the formation of relatively large angle hooks with which it is possible to form phrases of two or more To put words.

The frame 4 of the non-inventive angle hook of Fig. 7 is like any one of Fig. 6, but it is shown on a reduced scale.

The connection of the two symmetric frames of Fig. 9 is the result of their shape. Greater precision is achieved by frames provided with traditional reference numerals 11.

The embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings show that the possibilities of the combinations of the designs of the template are numerous and that, but, all of these forms are based on a single inventive idea consisting of the concept explained in the independent claim 1.

What has been described is just one of the possible embodiments of the invention, to which far-reaching changes can be made.

In a non-inventive embodiment, not shown holding plates on the opposite sides 6, 8 of the rectangular frame 4 (angle hooks) are provided which delimit the zones in which the tabs 2, 3 must be glued in series to the figure (font or drawing ).

The adhesion between the flaps 2, 3 and the retaining plates is secured after assembly by adhesives or adhesives provided in both the flaps and the retaining plates.

In another non-inventive embodiment not shown, the frame includes a part which is formed like the angle hook of FIG. Pairs of standing pages are attached to this framework to extend the sentence. The standing sides extend from the opposite sides 6, 8. To keep the standing sides straight with respect to the opposite sides, traditional reference numerals are used.

Claims (5)

1. Stencil assembly consisting of a frame or composing stick (4) in which constraints (2,3,9, 10) for composition abaculuses (1) for replaceable graphic compositions are provided; the constraints are movable in order to compose phrases or similar on different materials;
   the stencil is characterised by the fact that the frame or composing stick (4) is a rectangle closed by four sides (5, 6, 7, 8), couples of supporting fissures (9, 10) are provided on the opposite sides (6,8) of the frame (4); said couples defining the zones where the tongues (2, 3) of the abaculuses (1) are applied in sequence in order to compose a writing or a drawing.
2. Stencil assembly as in claim 1 wherein the distance between two adjacent constraints (2,3,9,10) is equal to the dimension of an abaculus (1) measured in the direction of two opposite sides (6,8) for supporting the frame or composing stick.
3. Stencil assembly as in claim 1 wherein the distance between two adjacent constraints (2, 3, 9, 10) is a bit shorter than the dimension of an abaculus (1) measured in the direction of the opposite sides (6,8) supporting the frame or composing stick in order to superimpose two adjacent abaculuses to cover the spaces of the surface to be decorated without spotting them by the ink.
4. Stencil assembly as in claim 1 wherein the frame or composing stick for letters is coupled to drawings obtained by die cutting; the frame or composing stick is capable of housing the letters with the tongues (2, 3), the frame or composing stick is fitted with some fissures (9,10); the drawings are part of a graphic composition stencil.
5. Stencil assembly as in claim 4 wherein the frame or composing stick is slanting with respect to the graphic composition stencil.

Images
