Abstract

Vorrichtung und Verfahren zum Steuern eines Aktors (CP) eines Ventils, insbesondere für einen piezoelektrischen Aktor eines Einspritzventils für eine Brennkraftmaschine, wobei der Aktor (CP) nacheinander auf zwei Ladungszustände geladen wird, die jeweils einer Stellung des Ventils entsprechen. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Aktor (CP) zur Festlegung eines vorgegebenen zeitlichen Öffnungs- und/oder Schließverhaltens des Ventils beim Aufladen und/oder beim Entladen nacheinander auf mindestens drei unterschiedliche Ladungszustände geladen wird, wobei mindestens einer der Ladungszustände einem teilweise geöffneten und teilweise geschlossen Ventil entspricht.
