Gemäss Erfindung kann der Seilmantel eine hantelförmige, zylindrische, ovale, konkave, rechteckige oder keilförmige Querschnittsform aufweisen.
Ein weiteres länglich ausgeführtes Verstärkungselement 109 ist in Figur 10 gezeigt. Das gezeigte Element 109 weist eine Anzahl von gleichmässig beabstandeten Zähnen 101 auf. Das Verstärkungselement 109 kann entweder innig mit dem Seilmantel eines Kunstfaserseiles verbunden werden, oder es kann in den Seilmantel integriert sein, wobei die Zähne 101 aus dem Seilmantel herausragen.
Claims (10)
- Kunstfaserseil (3; 30; 43; 50; 60; 70; 80), bestehend aus mindestens zwei Seilen (14, 15; 31, 32) aus Kunstfaserlitzen (20 - 28; 35 - 37; 71; 81), die zur Kraftaufnahme in Längsrichtung (16) ausgelegt sind und vorzugsweise eine Kraftübertragung per Reibschluss erlauben, wobei die Seile (14, 15; 31, 32) entlang der Längsrichtung (16) des Kunstfaserseiles (3; 30; 43; 50; 60; 70; 80) mit einem Abstand (19) zueinander angeordnet und mittels eines Seilmantels (17; 33; 77; 87) fixiert sind, der einen Steg (18) zwischen den beiden Seilen (14, 15; 31, 32) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunstfaserseil (3; 30; 43; 50; 60; 70; 80) ein oder mehrere Verstärkungselemente (9; 34; 49; 59; 69; 79; 89; 99; 109) zum mechanischen Verstärken des Seilmantels (17; 33; 77; 87) umfasst.
- Kunstfaserseil (80) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (89) ein integrales Bestandteil des Seilmantels (87) ist.
- Kunstfaserseil (3; 30; 43; 50; 60; 70; 80) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (9; 34; 49; 59; 69; 79; 89; 99; 109) länglich ausgeführt ist und sich in der Längsrichtung (16) entlang des Seilmantels (17; 33; 77; 87), insbesondere im Bereich des Steges (18), erstreckt.
- Kunstfaserseil (60) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (69) den Seilmantel umwickelt oder das Verstärkungselement (59) in Form eines Schlauchs den Seilmantel umgreift.
- Kunstfaserseil (3; 30) nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement ein oder zwei streifenförmige Element/e (9; 34; 99; 109) umfasst, die im Bereich des Stegs (18) angeordnet sind.
- Kunstfaserseil (80) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (89) kurze Fiberstücke umfasst, die in den Seilmantel (87) integriert sind.
- Kunstfaserseil (3; 30; 50; 60; 70; 80) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (9; 34; 59; 69; 79; 89; 99; 109)eine gewebte Matte umfasst, die vorzugsweise in verschiedene Richtungen verwoben ist, odereine Fibermatte umfasst, die vorzugsweise ungerichtete Fibern ausweist, odereine mäanderförmige Umwicklung aus Filamenten umfasst, wobei die Filamente vorzugsweise in verschiedenen Winkeln zueinander angeordnet sind, odereine geflochtene Filamentanordnung umfasst, wobei die Filamente der Filamentanordnung lose oder dicht miteinander verflochten sind.
- Kunstfaserseil (50; 60; 70; 80) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (59; 69; 79; 89)im Inneren des Kunstfaserseils (70) zwischen den Fasern (71) des jeweiligen Seiles und dem Seilmantel (77), oderals Schicht (89) innerhalb des Seilmantels (87), oderam Äusseren des Kunstfaserseils (50; 60) angeordnet ist.
- Kunstfaserseil (3; 30; 43; 50; 60; 70; 80) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement aus Aramid, Polyester, Glasfasern, Kohlefasern oder einem Material, das für Strukturverstärkungen geeignet ist, besteht.
- Kunstfaserseil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (99; 109)eine Anzahl von Ausnehmungen (91) aufweist, die so ausgelegt sind, dass sie mit Zähnen oder anderen hervorragenden Elementen eines Zahnrades oder Ritzels in Wechselwirkung treten können, odereine Anzahl von Zähnen (101), Noppen oder anderen hervorragenden Elementen aufweist, die so ausgelegt sind, dass sie mit Ausnehmungen einer Scheibe in Wechselwirkung treten können,
