Abstract

The invention concerns a device for fixing the fastener of sport shoes with studs or spikes. It enables to fasten the sport shoe more easily, and to adjust each fastening point, while preserving the shoe's performance, enhancing appearance, maintaining a planar surface avoiding excess thickness. The device for facilitating fastening of sport shoes of the self-adhesive strip fastener type, comprises a right upper (1) and a left upper (6), having at least three eyelet buckles (4) for passing through the adhesive strips. The invention is characterised in that the right and left uppers comprise cut-outs which constitute recesses, and beneath the right upper (1) is secured by stitching, by bonding a piece whereon are fixed at least two eyelets formed respectively by a buckle (4) which is maintained by a fixing piece (3), beneath the left upper (6) is fixed a piece whereon are sewn at least two self-adhesive strips including respectively a locking part (8) and a looped adhesive part (9), the eyelets and the strips integral with the respective pieces are less thick than the uppers (1 and 6) and are positioned so as to correspond to the indentations of said uppers. The invention provides a novel shoe model which is more fashionable.

Description

The present invention relates to a device for facilitating the closure of a sports shoe, and a sports shoe with crampons or points.

With reference to these drawings, the present invention aims to improve the fastening hooks so as to form a face as flat as possible, facilitating the retraction of the eyelets and tongues in the thickness of the rod during closure of the shoe, and create a new form of shoe closer to fashion (Figure 14).

Claims (8)

1. Device for facilitating the closing of sports footwear of tightening by self-gripping bands type. This device comprises a right upper and a left upper, presenting at least two or three loops of eyes in which adhesive tongues go, under the right upper, (1) is attached by sewing, by gluing a part (2) to which at least two eyelets are fixed. They are made respectively of a buckle (4), which is held in place by fixing (3), under the left upper (6), a part (7) is fixed, on which at least two self-gripping tabs are sewn. They respectively include a fixing part (8) and an adhesive buckle part (9), characterized in that the left and right uppers have cutaways that form anchors, the eyelets and tabs are joined to parts (2,7), and are thinner than the thicknesses of the right (1) and left (6) uppers, and are positioned in such a way as to correspond with the anchoring points of the uppers.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the right (1) and left (6) uppers of each shoe have anchoring points of their cutaway positioned in such a way as to correspond opposite the closing.
3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the fixing parts (3) of buckles (4) are sewn onto the part (2), under the right upper (1), in such a way as to correspond with the anchoring points of the said upper (1).
4. Device according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the buckles (4) pivot in their fixing part (3), occupy the bottom of the spaces created by the anchoring points of the upper (1) surrounding cutaways.
5. Device according to any of claims 1, 3, 4, characterized in that the buckled parts (9) of the tabs occupy the spaces of the anchoring points of the upper (6) cutaway of the shoe.
6. Device according to claim 1 or 5, characterized in that the tab, once folded back onto the anchoring part (8) by simple pressure, includes a thickness less than that of the upper, in such a way as not to go beyond the surface of the upper (1).
7. Device according to any of claims 1, 2, 4, 5 or 6, characterized in that the part (9) of each tab, going beyond the left upper (6) in open position, to a surrounding cutaway corresponding with the shape of the anchoring point to which it is fixed.
8. Device according to any of claims 1 to 7 characterizing that under the upper, the part can be joined to the upper by gluing, sewing and ready assembled.
