- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) mit einem mit einem Druckmittel beaufschlagten Eingangskanal (14), mit zwei Ausgangskanälen (16,18) und mit einem Entlüftungskanal (20) sowie mit einem zwischen diesen Kanälen vermittelnden, in einer Ventilkammer (92) angebrachten, beweglichen Ventilkolben (90), wobei durch ein mit dem pneumatisch getriebenen Ventilkolben (90) verbundenes Schieberelement (12) alternierend jeweils ein Ausgangskanal (16,18) der pneumatischen Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) mit dem einen Eingangskanal (14) und der andere Ausgangskanal (18,16) gleichzeitig mit dem Entlüftungskanal (20) der Vorrichtung (10) verschaltet ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung des jeweils einen Ausgangskanals (16,18) mit dem Eingangskanal (14) und des zweiten Ausgangskanals(18,16) mit dem Entlüftungskanal (20) durch Kanäle (52) in dem Schieberelement (12) realisiert ist.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit einem Ausgangskanal (16,18) verbundene eine Eingangskanal (14) gleichzeitig über ein pneumatisches Verzögerungsglied (29,31) auch mit jeweils einem dem Ausgangskanal zugeordneten Arbeitsraum (32,48) verbunden ist.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verzögerungsglied (29,31) zur Erzeugung einer vorgebbaren Zeitkonstanten eine Drossel (30,46), insbesondere eine einstellbare, im Durchmesser variierbare Drossel beinhaltet.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den jeweiligen Ausgangskanälen (16,18) zugeordneten Arbeitsräume (32,48) Teil der Ventilkammer (92) sind.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 3,4 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsräume (32,48) jeweils über mit dem Ventilkolben (90) verbundene Membranen (62,72) von der restlichen Ventilkammer (92) abgegrenzt sind.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membranen (72) der Arbeitsräume (32,48) aus einem Elastomer, insbesondere Silikon oder Kautschuk bestehen.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilkolben (90) durch eine Druckdifferenz in den beiden Arbeitsräumen (32,48) über die Membranen (72) in der Ventilkammer (90) bewegbar ist.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beweglichkeit des Ventilkolbens (92) in der Ventilkammer (90) über eine Kontereinrichtung (54) einstellbar ist.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontereinrichtung (54) ein elastisches Federelement (94) aufweist.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (10) zumindest teilweise in Kunststoff ausgeführt ist.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine Eingangskanal mit einem Kleinkompressor (78), wie beispielsweise einem Flügelzellenkompressor oder einer Membranpumpe, verbunden ist und die Ausgangskanäle (32,48) mit jeweils einem Rezipienten (24,42) verbunden sind.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eingangskanalseitige Kompressor (78) durch einen in einem Verbindungsmittel (86) angebrachten Drucksensor (84) schaltbar ist.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 12 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ausgangskanalseitigen Rezipienten (24,42) als elastische Luftkissen (58,68) ausgebildet sind.
- Pneumatische Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Luftkissen (58,68) in die Polsterung eines Fahrzeugsitzes integriert sind.
- Fahrzeugsitz für ein Kraftfahrzeug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine, vorzugsweise aber mehrere, der nach den Ansprüchen 12 bis 14 beschriebenen Steuer- und Regelvorrichtungen (10) in den Sitz zur Erhöhung des Sitzkomforts und / oder zur Erzeugung eines Massage-Effektes integriert ist.
- Verfahren zur pneumatischen Steuerung und Regelung von Druckmittelströmen, bei dem ein Eingangskanal (14) einer Steuer- und Regelvorrichtung (10), die zumindest einen Eingangskanal (10), einen Entlüftungskanal (20) und zwei (16,18) beinhaltet, mit einem konstanten Druck beaufschlagt wird, so dass in einer ersten Endposition eines beweglichen Schieberelementes (12) der Vorrichtung ein Druckmittel in einen ersten Ausgangskanal (16) der Vorrichtung (10) geleitet wird, wobei das Schieberelement (12) über eine Kontereinrichtung (54) solange in dieser ersten Endposition gehalten wird, bis die Druckdifferenz zwischen einem mit dem ersten Ausgangskanal (16) verbundenen ersten Arbeitsraum (32) und einem zweiten Arbeitsraum (48), der seinerseits mit einem zweiten Ausgangskanal (18) und einem Entlüftungskanal (20) verbunden ist, so groß ist, dass die Kraft auf einen mit dem Schieberelement (12) verbundenen Ventilkolben (90) die Rastkraft der Kontereinrichtung (54) überwindet und das Schieberelement (12) in eine zweite, ebenfalls durch eine Rastung gesicherte Endposition verschoben wird, die es durch in dem Schieberelement (12) vorhandene Kanäle (52) ermöglicht, dass der erste Arbeitsraum (32) und der erste Ausgangskanal (16) nun mit dem Entlüftungskanal (20) verbunden werden und andererseits der eine Eingangskanal(14) mit dem zweiten Ausgangskanal (18) sowie dem zweiten Arbeitsraum (48) verbunden wird, solange bis die über den zweiten Arbeitsraum (48) auf den Ventilkolben (90) übertragene Kraft wiederum die Rastkraft des Ventilkolbens (90) in der zweiten Endposition übersteigt und das Schieberelement (12) zurück in die erste Endposition verschoben wird.
- Verfahren zur pneumatischen Steuerung und Regelung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste (16) beziehungsweise der zweite Arbeitsraum (18) jeweils über mindestens ein Verzögerungselement (29,30), insbesondere eine einstellbare Drossel (30,46) mit dem Druckmittel aus dem jeweiligen Ausgangskanal (16,48) beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren zur pneumatischen Steuerung und Regelung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste (32) und der zweite Arbeitsraum (48) jeweils über elastische Elemente (62), insbesondere Membranen (72) auf den Ventilkolben einwirken.
