Claims (22)
- Mittel zum manipulationssicheren Verschließen des Halses (6) eines Behälters, typischerweise einer Flasche, mit Hilfe einer Kapsel (1, 2, 2', 3), welche einen Kopf (4) und eine an dem Hals (6) befestigte Schürze (5) aufweist, während eines Vorgangs, der "Verkapseln" genannt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) der Hals (6) außer einem Pressring (60) mindestens eine Rille (61) mit einer Höhe H von 0,2 bis 6 mm und/oder einem Krümmungsradius R von 0,2 mm bis 6 mm aufweist,b) mindestens ein Teil (50) der Schürze (5), der, welcher der Rille gegenüberliegt, wenn die Kapsel den Hals bedeckt, auf seiner ganzen oder einem Teil der Innenfläche einen Klebstoff (7) zur Bildung einer Haftschicht (70) aufweist, welche geeignet ist, am ganzen oder einem Teil des Halses (61) zu haften,c) der ganze oder ein Abschnitt des Teils (50) der Schürze (5) durch radiale Deformation dieses Teils (50) einen eingeschnürten Ring (51) in der Rille (61) bildet,d) der ganze oder ein Teil (71) des eingeschnürten Rings (51) durch die Haftschicht (70) an der Rille (61) haftet,
- Mittel nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der eingeschnürte Ring (51) eine totale radiale Deformation aufweist, die im Wesentlichen dem Profil der Rille (61) entspricht, wobei der eingeschnürte Ring auf den Grund der Rille (61) gedrückt ist und der ganze oder ein Teil des eingeschnürten Rings an der Rille haftet.
- Mittel nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, bei dem die Schürze (5) der Kapsel oder zumindest der Schürzenteil (50) insbesondere in der Dicke so gewählt ist, dass der eingeschnürte Ring (51) einen dünneren oder schwächeren Bereich (510) aufweist, um den manipulationssicheren Charakter des Verschließmittels zu verstärken.
- Mittel nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die radiale Deformation insbesondere in der Tiefe so gewählt ist, dass der eingeschnürte Ring (51) mindestens einen dünneren oder schwächeren Bereich (510) aufweist, um den manipulationssicheren Charakter des Verschließmittels zu verstärken.
- Verschließmittel nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem der Hals (6) von oben nach unten den Halsring (60) und mindestens einen Ringwulst (62) aufweist, wobei die Rille (61) durch den Ringspalt zwischen Halsring (60) und Ringwulst (62) gebildet ist.
- Verschließmittel nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem die Kapsel (1) eine Verschlusskapsel (3) ist, die typischerweise eine verschließende Plastikeinlage (30) aufweist.
- Verschließmittel nach Anspruch 6, bei dem die Verschlusskapsel (3) eine Kapsel aus Aluminium oder Aluminiumlegierung, aus Zinn oder Zinnlegierung ist.
- Verschließmittel nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem die Kapsel (1) eine Schutzkapsel (2) ist.
- Verschließmittel nach Anspruch 8, bei dem die Schutzkapsel (2) eine Kapsel für ruhige Flüssigkeiten aus Aluminium oder Aluminiumlegierung, aus Zinn oder Zinnlegierung, aus metalloplastischem Verbundmaterial, aus Kunststoff ist, wobei die Kapsel je nach Fall aufpressbar oder aufschrumpfbar ist.
- Verschließmittel nach Anspruch 8, bei dem die Schutzkapsel (2) eine Haube (2') für unruhige Flüssigkeiten unter Druck aus Aluminium oder Aluminiumlegierung, aus Zinn oder Zinnlegierung, aus metalloplastischem Verbundmaterial, aus Kunststoff ist, wobei die Kapsel je nach Fall aufpressbar oder aufschrumpfbar ist.
- Verschließmittel nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei dem die Haftschicht (70) mindestens einen ringförmigen oder segmentierten Streifen in einer Breite von typischerweise 3 bis 30 mm bildet.
- Verschließmittel nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, bei dem die Kapsel (1, 2, 2', 3) typischerweise auf ihrer Schürze (5) ein Mittel zum leichten Öffnen aufweist, das über dem Schürzenteil (50), typischerweise zwischen Kopf (4) und Schürzenteil (50) positioniert ist, wobei dieses Mittel zum leichten Öffnen mindestens eine Schwächungslinie (53) aufweist.
- Verschließmittel nach Anspruch 12, bei dem das Mittel zum leichten Öffnen innen mit der Haftschicht überzogen ist
- Verschließmittel nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, bei dem die Haftschicht (70) eine Schicht aus einem Lack oder einem Kunststoff ist, der auf den Hals (6) heiß aufsiegelbar ist.
- Verschließmittel nach Anspruch 14, bei dem der Klebstoff (7), aus dem die Haftschicht (70) besteht, ein Olefincopolymer mit Säuregruppen ist.
- Verschließmittel nach Anspruch 15, bei dem das Copolymer EAA, Ethylen/Acrylsäure-Copolymer ist.
- Verschließmittel nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, bei dem der Schürzenteil (50), der den eingeschnürten Ring (51) bildet, mindestens 10 mm vom unteren Ende der Schürze (5) entfernt ist, so dass jeglicher missbräuchliche Versuch, den Schürzenteil (50), der den eingeschnürten Ring (51) bildet, von der Rille zu trennen, von sichtbaren und irreversiblen Deformationen des unteren Endes begleitet wird.
- Verschließmittel nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, bei dem die Rille (61) eine Tiefe von 0,4 bis 3 mm und einen Krümmungsradius R von 0,4 bis 3 mm hat.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung des Verschließmittels nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, bei dem:a) der mit dem Hals (6) versehene Behälter und die Kapsel (1, 2, 2', 3) bereitgestellt werden und die Kapsel durch Aufpressen und/oder Aufschrumpfen je nach Art der Kapsel an dem Hals befestigt wird,b) der Schürzenteil (50) so deformiert wird, dass dieser Teil gegen die Rille gedrückt und auf diese Weise der eingeschnürte Ring (51) gebildet und dieser durch Heißsiegeln mit der Rille verklebt wird, typischerweise mit Hilfe einer rotierenden, ausreichend beheizten Rolle, um das Aufsiegeln dieses Teils auf den Hals sicherzustellen, wobei die Rolle einen aktiven Rand mit einem Krümmungsradius kleiner oder gleich R aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, bei dem im Schritt b) an Stelle der rotierenden Rolle ein Heißsiegel-Formwerkzeug verwendet wird, das an den rotierenden Hals (6) gelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 19 bis 20, bei dem die Bildung des eingeschnürten Ringes (51) zur gleichen Zeit wie das Aufpressen der Kapsel oder vor dem Aufpressen der Kapsel erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, bei dem zum Heißsiegeln jedes Heizmittel benutzt werden kann, mit dem sich eine hohe, an das Verkapselungstempo angepasste Heißsiegelgeschwindigkeit erzielen lässt, insbesondere Heißluftgebläse, Induktionserwärmung.
