Abstract
Description
- une pièce pivotante, elle-même comprenant une partie intermédiaire montée à pivotement sur la face intérieure du couvercle autour d'un axe, un levier s'étendant depuis la partie intermédiaire vers l'intérieur du conteneur, lorsque le couvercle est en position de fermeture, et un bras s'étendant depuis la partie intermédiaire sous la face intérieure du couvercle ;
- une pièce coudée, elle-même comprenant une partie intermédiaire montée à pivotement sur la face intérieure du couvercle, autour d'un axe sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de pivotement de la pièce pivotante, une branche de verrouillage s'étendant depuis la partie intermédiaire vers le bras de la pièce pivotante, et comportant un crochet apte à venir en prise avec ledit bras lorsque le conteneur est en position de remplissage, et une branche d'entraínement associée à la partie intermédiaire ;
- un élément formant pêne associé au levier de la pièce pivotante de façon mobile, apte à être engagé dans un orifice ménagé dans la partie extrême de la cuve pour le verrouillage du couvercle ;

- des moyens de déplacement actionnables destinés à permettre le déplacement du pêne entre sa position sortie et sa position rétractée, lorsque le conteneur est en position de remplissage.

- un bras 10c s'étendant depuis la partie intermédiaire 10a sous la face intérieure 8a du couvercle 3, sensiblement orthogonalement à la paroi frontale 2b de la cuve 2.
- une partie intermédiaire 13a montée à pivotement sur la face intérieure 8a du couvercle 3, autour d'un axe B sensiblement parallèle à l'axe A de pivotement de la pièce pivotante 10 ;
- une première branche, dite « branche de verrouillage » 13b, s'étendant depuis la partie intermédiaire 13a vers le bras 10c de la pièce pivotante 10, sensiblement verticalement et vers le haut, la branche de verrouillage 13b comportant à sa partie extrême opposée à la partie intermédiaire 13a un crochet 13c apte à venir en prise avec le bras 10c - par exemple avec l'entretoise 12 - lorsque le conteneur 1 est en position de remplissage ;
- une deuxième branche, dite « branche d'entraínement » 13d, s'étendant depuis la partie intermédiaire 13a sensiblement parallèlement au bras 10c et dans le même sens que celui-ci.
- une position inactive dans laquelle il n'agit pas sur le pêne 15, le pêne 15 étant alors en position « sortie », c'est-à-dire apte à coopérer avec l'orifice 16 de la cuve 2, et le dispositif de verrouillage / déverrouillage étant en position de verrouillage;
- et une position active dans laquelle le doigt 19 agit sur le pêne 15, le pêne 15 étant alors en position « rétractée », c'est-à-dire dégagé de l'orifice 16, et le dispositif de verrouillage / déverrouillage étant en position déverrouillée.
- une première ouverture 21 de laquelle fait saillie le pêne 15 lorsqu'il est en position sortie, ladite première ouverture 21 étant destinée à être en regard de l'orifice 16 de la cuve 2 ;
- une deuxième ouverture 22 apte à recevoir le système de déblocage 17 de façon que son ouverture 18 soit accessible par un utilisateur par la face frontale du couvercle 3.
- un bord latéral rectiligne 24 placé perpendiculairement à la paroi frontale 2b de la cuve 2 à proximité immédiate d'une branche latérale du levier 10b en U, à l'intérieur dudit U;
- un bord arrière rectiligne 25 placé perpendiculairement aux parois latérales 2d de la cuve 2, de façon que le pêne 15 ne saille pas du levier 10b en U vers la paroi arrière 2c de la cuve 2. Le bord arrière 25 s'étend sensiblement sur toute la distance séparant les branches latérales du U, à l'intérieur dudit U;
- un bord courbe 26 liant les bords latéral 24 et rectiligne 25 de façon que le pêne 15 fasse saillie du levier 10b vers la paroi frontale 2b de la cuve 2 et puisse être engagé dans l'orifice 16.
Claims (18)
- Dispositif de verrouillage / déverrouillage pour un conteneur (1) à déchets, ledit conteneur (1) pouvant être déplacé entre une position de remplissage et une position de vidage, et comportant d'une part une cuve (2) et d'autre part un couvercle (3) associé à la cuve (2), ledit couvercle (3) pouvant être déplacé entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture, le dispositif permettant au couvercle (3) du conteneur (1) d'être verrouillé sur une partie extrême de la cuve (2) lorsque le couvercle (3) est en position de fermeture et le conteneur (1) en position de remplissage, le dispositif comportant :caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement (19) sont agencés pour coopérer avec des moyens complémentaires (36, 50) prévus sur le pêne (15) de façon que le déplacement du pêne (15) entre sa position sortie et sa position rétractée s'effectue dans un plan sensiblement horizontal, lorsque le conteneur (1) est en position de remplissage et le couvercle (3) en position de fermeture.un élément formant pêne (15) apte à être déplacé entre une position sortie, dans laquelle le pêne (15) est apte à être engagé dans un orifice (16) ménagé dans la partie extrême de la cuve (2) pour le verrouillage du couvercle (3), et une position rétractée, dans laquelle le pêne (15) est dégagé dudit orifice;des moyens (10d, 13e) aptes à provoquer, par effet de gravité, lorsque le conteneur (1) est basculé suivant un certain angle vers sa position de vidage, le désengagement du pêne (15) hors de l'orifice (16) de la cuve (2);des moyens de déplacement (19) actionnables destinés à permettre le déplacement du pêne (15) entre sa position sortie et sa position rétractée, lorsque le conteneur (1) est en position de remplissage;
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (15) est apte à être déplacé entre sa position sortie et sa position rétractée selon une rotation d'axe sensiblement vertical lorsque le conteneur (1) est en position de remplissage et le couvercle (3) en position de fermeture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (15) comprend une première paroi (23), sensiblement horizontale - lorsque le conteneur (1) est en position de remplissage et le couvercle (3) en position de fermeture - présentant sensiblement la forme d'un quart de disque limité par deux bords rectilignes (24, 25), et en ce que l'axe de rotation (D) du pêne (15) est situé au voisinage du coin formé par lesdits bords rectilignes, une partie extrême de ladite première paroi (23), opposée audit coin, étant destinée à être engagée dans l'orifice (16) de la cuve (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (15) comprend une deuxième paroi (27), sensiblement perpendiculaire à la première paroi (23), et en ce qu'un trou (30) d'axe (D) sensiblement orthogonal à la première paroi (23) est ménagé dans la deuxième paroi (27) du pêne (15), ledit trou (30) étant destiné à recevoir un pivot (33) coopérant avec une partie du dispositif de verrouillage / déverrouillage pour permettre la rotation du pêne (15) entre sa position sortie et sa position rétractée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens du pêne (15) complémentaires des moyens de déplacement (19) comprennent une saillie arrière (36) s'étendant dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire à la première paroi (23), et faisant un angle aigu avec la deuxième paroi (27), ladite saillie (36) étant destinée à coopérer avec les moyens de déplacement (19) actionnables.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de rappel (37) sont prévus pour coopérer avec la saillie arrière (36) du pêne (15), de façon à solliciter le pêne (15) vers sa position sortie.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (15) est apte à être déplacé entre sa position sortie et sa position rétractée selon une translation, sensiblement horizontalement lorsque le conteneur (1) est en position de remplissage et le couvercle (3) en position de fermeture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (15) comprend une première paroi (40), sensiblement horizontale - lorsque le conteneur (1) est en position de remplissage et le couvercle (3) en position de fermeture - dont une partie extrême est destinée à être engagée dans l'orifice (16) de la cuve (2), ladite première paroi (40) comportant un évidement (41) destiné à recevoir des moyens de rappel (42) aptes à solliciter le pêne (15) vers sa position sortie.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens du pêne (15) complémentaires des moyens de déplacement (19) comprennent une rampe (50), les moyens de déplacement (19) pouvant être actionnés entre :un effort exercé par les moyens de déplacement (19) sur la rampe (50) pouvant provoquer le glissement desdits moyens de déplacement (19) le long de la rampe (50), entre la première partie extrême (51) et la deuxième partie extrême (52), et le déplacement du pêne (15) vers sa position rétractée, tandis que la suppression du dit effort conduit au retour des moyens de déplacement (19) à la position inactive.une position inactive dans laquelle les moyens de déplacement (19) sont en contact avec une première partie extrême (51) de la rampe (50), et n'exercent aucun effort sur la rampe (50), le pêne (15) étant en position sortie, etune position active dans laquelle les moyens de déplacement (19) sont en contact avec une deuxième partie extrême (52) de la rampe (50) et exercent un effort sur celle-ci, le pêne (15) étant en position rétractée ;
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (15) comprend une première paroi (23, 40), sensiblement horizontale - lorsque le conteneur (1) est en position de remplissage et le couvercle (3) en position de fermeture - dont une partie extrême est destinée à être engagée dans l'orifice (16) de la cuve (2), une deuxième paroi (27, 44), sensiblement perpendiculaire à la première paroi (23, 40), ainsi qu'une troisième paroi (28, 45), dirigée en oblique entre les première et deuxième parois, ladite troisième paroi (28, 45) formant rampe de guidage du mouvement du pêne (15) par rapport lors de la fermeture du couvercle (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :une pièce pivotante (10), elle-même comprenant une partie intermédiaire (10a) montée à pivotement sur la face intérieure (8a) du couvercle (3) autour d'un axe (A), un levier (10b) s'étendant depuis la partie intermédiaire (10a) vers l'intérieur du conteneur (1), lorsque le couvercle (3) est en position de fermeture, ledit pêne (15) étant associé audit levier (10b) de façon mobile, et un bras (10c) s'étendant depuis la partie intermédiaire (10a) sous la face intérieure (8a) du couvercle (3) ;une pièce coudée (13), elle-même comprenant une partie intermédiaire (13a) montée à pivotement sur la face intérieure (8a) du couvercle (3), autour d'un axe (B) sensiblement parallèle à l'axe (A) de pivotement de la pièce pivotante (10), une branche de verrouillage (13b) s'étendant depuis la partie intermédiaire (13a) vers le bras (10c) de la pièce pivotante (10), et comportant un crochet (13c) apte à venir en prise avec ledit bras (10c) lorsque le conteneur (1) est en position de remplissage, et une branche d'entraínement (13d) associée à la partie intermédiaire (13a) ;des moyens (20, 49) permettant le blocage du dispositif en position de verrouillage lorsque le conteneur (1) est en position de remplissage et le couvercle (3) en position de fermeture ;des moyens (10d, 13e) aptes à provoquer, par effet de gravité, lorsque le conteneur (1) est basculé suivant un certain angle vers sa position de vidage, le pivotement de la pièce coudée (13) et de la pièce pivotante (10), et le désengagement du pêne (15) hors de l'orifice (16) de la cuve (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le levier (10b) présente la forme d'un U comprenant deux branches latérales sensiblement verticales, lorsque le conteneur (1) est en position de remplissage et le couvercle (3) en position de fermeture, un fond sensiblement perpendiculaire aux branches latérales, et une paroi de renfort (11) s'étendant parallèlement au fond entre les deux branches du U, le pêne (15) étant associé au levier (10b) entre le fond et la paroi de renfort (11) et étant apte à saillir vers l'orifice (16) de la cuve (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le bras (10c) de la pièce pivotante (10) et la branche d'entraínement (13d) de la pièce coudée (13) comportent chacun une masselotte (10d, 13e) à leur partie extrême opposée à la partie intermédiaire (10a, 13a) de la pièce pivotante (10), respectivement de la pièce coudée (13).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la pièce coudée (13) a la forme d'un V dont les deux branches forment un angle compris entre 35 et 100°.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les deux branches (13b, 13d) de la pièce coudée (13) sont mobiles en rotation l'une par rapport à l'autre, autour de l'axe de rotation (B) de la pièce coudée (13).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il est protégé du contenu de la cuve (2) par un carter (20) fixé sur la face intérieure (8a) du couvercle (3) et présentant une ouverture (21) de laquelle fait saillie le pêne (15).
- Conteneur pour la collecte de déchets, comportant d'une part une cuve (2) comprenant un orifice (16) à sa partie extrême et d'autre part un couvercle (3) associé à la cuve (2), pouvant être déplacé entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture, le conteneur (1) pouvant être déplacé entre une position de remplissage et une position de vidage,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de verrouillage / déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes. - Conteneur selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage / déverrouillage est fixé sur le couvercle (3) du conteneur (1) de sorte que le pêne (15), lorsqu'il est en position sortie, soit situé dans l'orifice (16), à proximité immédiate du bord supérieur (38) dudit orifice (16).
