Das Innensandwich besteht dabei aus der Schichtenfolge Oberstoff, beschichteter Einlagebahn sowie beschichteter Einlagebahn und Oberstoff, d.h., dass die unbeschichteten Seiten der Einlagebahnen aneinander liegen. enthaltenen Massen 1:0,5 bis 1:5 beträgt. Mit den erfindungsgemäßen
Fixiereinlagen werden Trennkraftwerte erhalten, die auch nach mehrern
Wäschen bei Temperaturen von 60°C noch sehr gut sind. Überraschender

daß überschüssiges Streupulver entfernt und
daß die erhaltene Fixiereinlage mit doppelschichtigen Haftmassenpunkte bei
Temperaturen von 110 bis 200°C getrocknet und durch Versintern des
polymeren Werkstoffs mit der Einlagebahn (1) handhab- und transportierbar

der Überschuss abgesaugt und anschließend 30 s bei 180°C in einem
Mathisofen getrocknet und angesintert. Die Gesamtauflage ergibt sich zu 12
g/m2.

80-200 µm mit einer Auflage von 8 glm2 aufgestreut, der Überschuss
abgesaugt und anschließend 30 s bei 180°C in einem Mathisofen getrocknet
und angesintert. Die Gesamtauflage ergibt sich zu 14 g/m2.
Die so hergestellte Vliesstoffeinlage wurde gegen Batist fixiert.
Das Laminat aus Oberstoff und einer erfindungsgemäß hergestellten Einlage
zeigt einen weicheren Griff als vergleichbarer Oberstoff-Einlage-Laminat.
