The weight ratio of bottom layer to top layer is 1:0.5-5. Adhesive lining comprises a textile strip (1) coated on one side with two-layer spots of adhesive in which the bottom layer (2) comprises a binder paste comprising 50-95 wt.% of an acrylate binder dispersion with a glass transition temperature below room temperature, 5-50 wt.% of an epoxy resin with an epoxide equivalent weight of 500-4000 meq/kg or a glycidyl-functional acrylate copolymer and 0-20 wt.% hardener and the top layer (3) comprises a copolyamide, copolyester, thermoplastic polyurethane or polyolefin. The weight ratio of bottom layer to top layer is 1:0.5-5. An Independent claim is also included for production of the lining by applying the binder paste to the textile strip in discrete spots, dusting the wet spots with 50-500 wt.% of the top layer material in powder form, removing excess powder, drying the spots, and sintering the powder so that the lining can be handled and transported.

Description

The invention relates to a fixing insert consisting of a textile Interlining (such as nonwovens, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics) on one side double-layer adhesive mass points is coated, which from the Interlining facing lower and upper points arranged above consists.

Document EP-A 0 940 461 describes a crosslinkable one Hotmelt adhesive for the coating and / or lamination of Flat structures are known in which a crosslinking component into a Polyolefin matrix is integrated and the reactive components only react in the melt with crosslinking. As networking components are isocyanates or epoxies with molecular weights between 2000 and 6000 Gram specified per mole. The actual hotmelt adhesive should do so consist of amino-terminated copolyamide or copolyester, which can be used both in the lower and in the upper point. Disadvantageous this solution is that on the one hand the networking component elaborately integrated in a moisture-protecting polyolefin matrix must be and that the amino-terminated copolyamides strongly Yellowing tend.

Document DE-A 195 10 316 describes a hot melt adhesive for Coating of flat structures, in particular interlinings, the one Mixture of thermoplastic hot melt adhesive and epoxy contains, wherein the epoxy content is 5 to 25% by weight. This hot melt adhesive is called Single-point coating used, the disadvantages in terms of Penetration of the hot-melt adhesive with very thin interlinings has.

Furthermore, two-layer hotmelt adhesives are known from document US Pat. No. 5,677,038, the lower point of which consists of a pasty copolyamide or copolyester and the upper point of which consists of a mixture of 0 to 25% by weight of a copolyamide, 50 to 95% by weight of a copolyester and 5 to 25% by weight .% of an epoxy exists. Values below 10 N / 5 cm are given as separating forces for the textile materials connected with this hot-melt adhesive system, which are further reduced after washing. In addition to the documents mentioned, further double-layer adhesive compositions are known from documents DE-A 22 14 236, DE-A 22 31 723, DE-A 25 36 911 and DE-A 32 30 579. By using relatively light nonwovens, ie those with a low basis weight, very soft laminates are obtained, but the nonwovens have the disadvantage that they are sensitive to the riveting back of the hotmelt adhesives. Back riveting is understood to mean an undesired gluing between two interlining materials, which can occur if the interlining sheet coated with the adhesive point mass, hereinafter referred to as a fixing interlining, is connected to the outer fabric in the inner sandwich fixing process. The inner sandwich consists of the layer sequence of outer fabric, coated insert sheet and coated insert sheet and outer fabric, that is to say that the uncoated sides of the insert sheets lie against one another. The amount of coating applied per square meter of interlining was reduced from 18-25 g / m 2 to 7-15 g / m 2 . However, they should be further reduced with regard to the softness of the textile laminate. At the same time, greater emphasis is placed on the handle when the laminate has to meet high adhesion and durability requirements. Particularly with regard to the care properties of a textile laminate, there is a requirement that it also withstand several washes at washing temperatures up to 60 ° C.

Although the document DE 100 27 957 colon systems for Coating of interlinings known through the use of Epoxy resins in the sub-items improved adhesion to a show reduced tendency to kickback. The disadvantage here, however, is that through the use of semi-crystalline thermoplastics in combination with Epoxides in the sub-point of the handle of the insert is negatively affected. The means that the handle becomes firmer.

The object of the invention is to provide a fixing insert which significantly increased adhesive and release forces with a very low at the same time Back riveting shows.

According to the invention, the object is achieved by a fixing insert consisting of a textile interlining (1) which is coated on one side with double-layer adhesive mass points, which consists of lower and upper points (2, 3) arranged above the interlining, in which the Sub-items (2) either consist of a binder paste that
50 to 95% by weight of an acrylate binder dispersion with a T g <room temperature and 5 to 50% by weight of an epoxy resin with an epoxide equivalent weight of 500 to 4000 meq / kg or 50 to 95% by weight of an acrylate binder dispersion with a T g <Room temperature and 5 to 50% by weight of a copolymer of acrylates and monomers with glycidyl side groups
and contains 0 to 20% by weight of a hardener and conventional auxiliaries and additives used to produce a paste as sub-item (2),
wherein the top points (3) consist of copolyamides and / or copolyesters and / or thermoplastic polyurethanes and / or polyolefins and
that the weight ratio of the masses contained in the lower and upper points (2,3) is 1: 0.5 to 1: 5. With the fixing inserts according to the invention, separation force values are obtained which are still very good even after several washes at temperatures of 60 ° C. In spite of the use of components in the adhesive (sub-point) with a glass point T g > 60 ° C., the fixing inserts according to the invention surprisingly show that are normally out of the question for use in the insert area because of their very negative (hardening) influence on the handle, no effects on the haptic properties (handle) of the fixing insert according to the invention.
