Abstract

Um eine Zahnradanordnung für ein Getriebe möglichst geräuscharm, aber dennoch stark belastbar zu gestalten, sitzen lose nebeneinanderliegend ein erstes Zahnrad (1) aus einem ersten Werkstoff und ein zweites Zahnrad (2) aus einem zweiten Werkstoff auf einer gemeinsamen Welle (4). Die Elastizität des ersten Zahnrades (1), vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff hergestellt, ist größer gewählt als die des zweiten Zahnrades (2), vorzugsweise aus Metall hergestellt, während die Festigkeit des zweiten Zahnrades (2) größer gewählt ist als die des ersten Zahnrades (1). Weil vorzugsweise das zweite Zahnrad (2) eine geringfügig kleinere Verzahnung bei gleichem Modul aufweist als das erste Zahnrad (1), kommt bei Normalbetrieb nur das erste Zahnrad (1) zum Eingriff mit einem anderen Zahnrad. Bei stärker werdender Last gibt das erste Zahnrad (1) aus Kunststoff im elastischen Bereich nach, so dass jetzt auch das zweite Zahnrad (2) aus Metall zum Eingriff kommt, um die auftretenden Kräfte abzufangen und dadurch das erste Zahnrad (1) vor Überlastung und Bruch zu schützen. Die Zahnradanordnung ist allgemein für Getriebe, z. B. für Planetengetriebe, geeignet.
