Claims (1)
- Vorrichtung zur Innenhochdruck-Umformung von Hohlkörpern, umfassend ein mindestens zweiteiliges Werkzeug (1a, 1b) und diesem an beiden Seiten zugeordnete Axialzylinder (10), die zum Umformen von als Doppel- bzw. Mehrkammerprofil (17) vorliegenden Hohlkörpern mit Dichtstempeln, die durch eine Nut (21), in die der Mittelsteg (19) des Doppelkammerprofils (17) eintaucht, in zwei auf einer gemeinsamen Trägerplatte (22) nebeneinanderliegende Stempelköpfe (20a, 20b) unterteilt sind, die Enden des in den Konturraum des Werkzeugs (1a, 1b) eingelegten Doppelkammerprofils (17) dichtend verschließen, wobei zumindest ein Dichtstempel eine an eine Druckmittelquelle angeschlossene Hochdruckbohrung aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtstempel (20) als Stahlstempel mit einer auf der Trägerplatte (22) im Übergang zum Fußbereich der in Bezug auf die Außenkante (23) der Trägerplatte (22) nach innen zurückversetzten Stempelköpfe (20a, 20b) entsprechend der Kontur der Stempelköpfe umlaufenden Dichtkante (24) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Dichtkante (24) im Nutgrund (25) an jeweils den Anfängen der Nut (21) eine Materialanhäufung (26a, 26b) aufweist.
