Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement consisting of a first component, a second component and a mounting part for temporarily holding and fixing the first component to the second component, in particular components of a mounting system, referred to in the preamble of claim 1.
- a carrier is provided with openings at a predefined distance, in which further components of the steel structure can be fastened by means of a screw connection. If the carrier is a closed hollow profile or if the carrier is accessible only on one side, for example, press-in nuts are inserted into the openings and pressed with a special tool. These press-in nuts can have an internal thread into which a screw means for fastening a component to the carrier can engage.
- a disadvantage of the known solution is that the openings in the carrier must be matched to the outer diameter of the press-fit nut, so that a rotation of the press-in nut is given to the carrier. Furthermore, the internal thread of the press-fit nut is smaller than the original size of the opening, which is why, for example, in an opening in the carrier with a diameter of 12 mm, only one female thread connection for an M8 screw can be produced. At high loads on the steel structure are for their load transfer large compound cross sections of the fasteners sought to limit the number of necessary fasteners to a minimum.
- the clamping device for fixing a suspension hook on a perforated hardboard known.
- the clamping device comprises two flat parts which each have at one end of an abutment portion an insertion section spaced therefrom and at the opposite end portion of the abutment portion engageable openings for receiving the threaded free end of the suspension hook.
- the length of the connecting portion between the insertion portion and the abutting portion of the flat parts is formed slightly shorter than the thickness of the hardboard.
- the present invention has for its object to provide an arrangement consisting of a first component, a second component and a mounting member for releasably securing a component to another component, which is also used in only one-sided accessible profiles and ensures a high rear grip and a security against rotation , wherein the maximum connection cross-section is made possible at the opening. It should be possible a simple installation without special tools.
- a mounting part for temporarily holding and fixing a first component to at least one second component in particular of components of a mounting system, comprises an insertion portion and a holding portion adjacent to the insertion portion.
- the insertion section has at least one receptacle for arranging a fastening means for fastening the first component to the second component.
- the receptacle has a collar.
- the receptacle for arranging the fastening means can be arranged on the insertion section such that the receptacle comes to lie at an opening of the second component when the mounting part is inserted in an opening of the second component.
- the fastening means can be inserted through the opening in the second component and through the receptacle in the mounting part and fixes the two components together.
- the holding portion prevents the inserted mounting part can fall into the only one-sided accessible component.
- the holding section can serve as a temporary mounting of the first component until it is fixed to the second component.

- This collar is preferably formed on the, the second component facing side of the mounting part at the insertion portion.
- a centering means is provided on the mounting part, since the outer dimensions of the collar are preferably formed smaller than the inside width of the openings in the second component.
- the collar has, for example, for facilitated centering on its outer surface on a funnel-shaped configuration. If the receptacle for arranging the fastening means has an internal thread, then this connecting thread is preferably formed in the collar. Thus, even with a low material thickness of the mounting part, a sufficient number of viable threads for the screw can be provided.
- the collar can also be formed on the side facing away from the second component of the mounting part at the insertion and serves only the local material reinforcement of the insertion to provide a sufficient number of viable threads on the mounting part for the screw.
- a lever arm on the mounting part which facilitates by aligning the holding portion aligning the recording of the mounting part on the position of an opening in the second component.
- the receptacle is preferably spaced from the setting direction end of the Einsteckabitess to provide a bearing surface. If a tensile force acts in the receptacle, this support surface prevents the receptacle from decorating or large moment forces act on the mounting part.
- the material thickness of the mounting part can be made smaller, which allows an economical design of the mounting part.
- the mounting member for aligning the, inserted in the profile mounting part, an actuating portion, wherein the actuating portion is arranged at the free end of the holding portion.
- the receptacle of the mounting part on the inaccessible side of the outer wall can be pressed firmly against them until the fastener is inserted.
- the operating portion is aligned, for example, parallel to the plane formed by the male portion, so that the mounting portion has a Z-shaped configuration.
- the operating section additionally provides a hook-like receptacle on the mounting part inserted into the second component, on which the first component can be temporarily held until it is fixed in a preferred manner.
- the actuating portion has a greater width than the width of the insertion end.
- the width of the operating section is greater than the clear width of the opening in the profile.
- the actuating portion is angled relative to a plane formed by the male portion, preferably at an angle of 5 ° to 30 °.
