Claims (13)
- Drehschaltervorrichtung, insbesondere für ein Haushaltsgerät, mit einem Trägerelement (10) und einem Schalter (11), dessen Schalterwelle (16) über eine Betätigungseinheit (12) betätigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an das Trägerelement (10) eine Welle (13) angespritzt ist, die im montierten Zustand mit der Schalterwelle (16) des Schalters (11) über eine Koppelstelle gekoppelt ist.
- Drehschaltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (13) mit dem Trägerelement (10) eine Hinterschneidung (15) aufweist.
- Drehschaltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im montierten Zustand die angespritzte Welle (13) und die Schalterwelle (16) über eine versatzausgleichende Kupplung (14) gekoppelt sind.
- Drehschaltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil der Kupplung (14) an die angespritzte Welle (13) und/oder an die Schalterwelle (16) angeformt ist.
- Drehschaltervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angespritzte Welle (13) im montierten Zustand mit einer zur Welle (13) separat ausgeführten Betätigungswelle (17) der Betätigungseinheit (12) gekoppelt ist.
- Drehschaltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angespritzte Welle (13) eine Einführschräge (18) zur Kopplung mit der Betätigungswelle (17) der Betätigungseinheit (12) aufweist.
- Drehschaltervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (13) über korrespondierende Schrägflächen (21, 22) im Trägerelement (10) gelagert ist.
- Drehschaltervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerelement (10) von einem Schalterträger gebildet ist.
- Drehschaltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerelement (10) und der Schalter (11) im montierten Zustand über eine Rastverbindung verbunden sind.
- Drehschaltervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (13) einen Kanal (47) aufweist.
- Trägerelement mit einer angespritzten Welle (13) für eine Drehschaltervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Trägerelement nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch die Ausgestaltung als Schalterträger.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trägerelements nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerelement mit zumindest zwei Spritzdüsen (23, 23', 23") abgespritzt wird.
