Abstract

Offenbart wird eine Regeleinrichtung für Gasbrenner mit zwei hintereinander vorgesehenen Hauptventilen und zwei von einem Aktuator betätigten Servoventilen (9,29), mit denen die Öffnung der Hauptventile geregelt wird. Die Hauptventile werden mittels Membranen (3,23) betätigt, die einen ersten Gasraum (4,24) begrenzen, wobei das erste Servoventil (9) über Gasleitungen (6,7) mit dem ersten Gasraum (4) des ersten Hauptventils, einem zweiten Gasraum (5) im Einlassbereich des ersten Hauptventils und über eine dritte Gasleitung (8) mit dem ersten Gasraum (24) des zweiten Hauptventils verbunden ist. Aufgrund dieser Gestaltung führt ein Leckstrom bei Versagen des ersten Servoventils aus dem ersten Gasraum des ersten Hauptventils zu einem Druckanstieg im ersten Gasraum des zweiten Hauptventils, wodurch ein sicheres Schließen des Hauptventils gewährleistet wird. Ebenso wird bei Defekt des zweiten Servoventils die geschlossene Stellung des ersten Hauptventils nicht beeinträchtigt.
