  • Tablets prepared according the above methods provide good adherence of the smooth or semi-solid part to the rest of the tablet therewith avoiding the need to use adhesive materials. Furthermore the tablets of the invention show fast dispersing of the compacted powder region during the washing process therewith allowing the early release of e.g. builder components into the washing liquor. The compressed smooth or semi-solid part shows delayed dispersing therewith providing the surfactants at a later stage during the washing process.

Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de préparation d'une tablette détergente dotée de plusieurs zones distinctes avec des compositions différentes, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    (a) insérer une composition particulaire dans un moule à tablette ;
    (b) insérer une ou plusieurs parties lisses dans ledit moule à tablette ;
    (c) co-comprimer la composition particulaire et la partie lisse pour former une tablette comprimée comprenant des zones distinctes,
    dans lequel la première zone est formée par ladite partie lisse comprimée et
    la seconde zone est formée par ladite composition particulaire comprimée, et
    dans lequel la zone lisse est une zone semi-solide, et dans lequel la tablette comprend un matériau adjuvant, dont au moins 90% en poids sont présents dans la seconde zone, et la première zone comprend 40 à 100% en poids de tensioactifs, sur la base du poids de la première zone.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'étape (a) a lieu avant l'étape (b).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel entre les étapes (a) et (b), la composition particulaire est pré-comprimée.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel entre les étapes (a) et (b), la composition particulaire est aplatie.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la zone semi-solide a un rapport entre la force appliquée jusqu'à la rupture Ff (en N) et l'énergie de rupture Eb (en mJ) - tel que mesuré sur une tablette de 45 mm de diamètre et 20 mm de haut - inférieur à 1,0, de préférence de 0,1 à 0,9, de manière davantage préférée de 0,2 à 0,6.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la première zone est une couche lisse comprimée et la seconde zone est une couche de matériau particulaire compacté.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la première zone est un noyau ou insert de matériau lisse comprimé, intégré dans la seconde zone qui est une couche de matériau particulaire compacté.
