Claims (15)
- Transport device for drawing a web into a web-processing machine, comprising at least one finite transport chain (02) arranged so as to be moveable in the transport direction (T) in a guide (12) and comprising at least one drive means (03; 04) coming at least temporarily into contact with the transport chain (02), a part (17) of the guide (12) which is adjacent to the drive means (03; 04) being deflectable transversely to the transport direction (T) out of a normal position (N) on contact of the leading end of the transport chain (02) with the drive means (03; 04), characterized in that every point of the part (17) of the guide (12) can be deflected in a direction (B) of movement away from the drive means (03; 04).
- Transport device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the part (17) of the guide (12) as a whole can be deflected in a direction (B) of movement away from the drive means (03; 04).
- Transport device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the part (17) of the guide (12) can be reversibly and automatically moved back and, as a result of contact between drive means (03; 04) and transport chain (02), can be deflected.
- Transport device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the part (17) of the guide (12) can be deflected along the direction (B) of movement which is virtually perpendicular to the transport direction (T) and approximately perpendicular to an axis (D) of rotation of the drive means (03; 04).
- Transport device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the part (17) can be moved back by means of at least one spring (29; 38) from a deflected position (A) to the normal position (N).
- Transport device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the deflection from the normal position (N) is effected against a spring force of the spring (29; 38).
- Transport device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the deflectable part (17) can be subjected to prestress in the normal position (N) by means of the spring (29; 38) in a direction opposite to the direction (B) of movement, against a stop (31) defining the normal position (N).
- Transport device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the spring force of the spring (29; 38) which acts in a direction opposite to the direction (B) of movement on the deflectable part (17) of the guide (12) is variable.
- Transport device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the spring (29; 38) is arranged between an abutment (28; 43) fixed to the machine with a respect to the direction (B) of movement and the deflectable part (17).
- Transport device according to Claims 8 and 9, characterized in that a distance between abutment (28; 43) and deflectable part (17) which determines the spring force of the spring (29; 38) is variable.
- Transport device according to Claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the deflectable part (17) has recesses (27) and is mounted so as to be moveable in the direction (B) of movement by means of two bolts (24; 26) which cooperate with the recesses (27), are a distance apart in the transport direction (T) and are arranged on that part (18; 19) of the guide (12) which is fixed to the machine.
- Transport device according to Claims 9 and 11, characterized in that the bolt (24; 26) has the abutment (28) at its end remote from the guide (12), and in that the spring (29) in the form of a pressure spring (29) is arranged on the bolt (24; 26) between the abutment (28) and the part (17).
- Transport device according to Claims 9 and 11, characterized in that the bolt (24; 26) is connected at its one end in an interlocking manner to the part (17) and at its other end via the spring (38) in the form of a tension spring (38) to the abutment (43) fixed to the machine with respect to the direction (B) of movement.
- Transport device according to Claim 13, characterized in that the means (24; 26; 29; 38) producing the backward movement of the part (17) are arranged substantially on that side of the moveable part (17) which faces the drive means (04).
- Transport device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the machine is in the form of a web-fed rotary printing press and the web (01) is in the form of a printing material web (01).
