  • the electrical gear which is formed by the elements or components (6) and (7), including the electric battery or batteries (5), are in their corresponding cases, each independent, although joined through the hinges (4), and also separate with respect to the lighting lamp or lamps (2) of the actual luminaire (1), which will avoid the excessive heating of said battery or batteries (5) and therefore a longer duration of the useful life thereof, with the additional particularity that the hinges (4) allow the angular position of the cases (3-3'-3") to be altered, as is represented in figure 3 and thereby the possibility of adapting and positioning the luminaire unit correctly in the recess or housing established for this purpose.
  • hinges (4) these comprise an upper cover (9), elongated and having in correspondence with one of its side, at the top, a channel (10), being coupled below said upper cover (9) an intermediate piece (11) having on one of its sides another groove (10) identical to that previously referred to, so that the positioning of those pieces (9) and (11) as is represented in figure 5 , establishes two channels (10) on the side and at the top, for housing the rim corresponding to one of the cases (3) or (3') or (3").
  • the hinge (4) also includes a pair of lower and identical pieces (12), each one of which has a holder (13), which in the positioning of such lower pieces (12) are arranged facing each other axially and, between them, a pin (14) is inserted which serves as an axle about which each of those holders (13) can rotate, and therefore, each of the pieces (12), it having been foreseen that in these two lower pieces (12) a lower channel (15) is also implemented for housing the rim corresponding to the lower part of the case (3) or (3') or (3") itself.
  • the upper cover (9) and intermediate piece (11) have some nipples (16) foreseen in the lower part thereof, which are housed in respective cavities (17) foreseen for this purpose in the upper part of the lower pieces (12).
  • the intermediate piece (11) has some protuberances (20), forming a kind of toothing, the purpose of which is to limit the rotation of said intermediate piece (11) with respect to the upper cover (9), preventing that the hinge can be disassembled accidentally.
  • the ends of the hinges (4) are finished with some sealing caps (21), which run through holes (22) in the sides of the upper cover (9) and are housed in cavities foreseen for this purpose in the ends of the lower pieces (12).
  • cases (3-3'-3) can be different, provided that they house at least the corresponding power supply battery and that this is separate from the lamp or lamps (2), and independent of the gear which can be housed in another or other cases, it being advantageous that the aforementioned battery or case (3) which houses it, be in the sector farthest away from the aforementioned lamp.

Claims (9)

  1. Notleuchte zur problemlosen versenkten Anordnung, mit:
    mindestens einer Lampe (2);
    Komponenten (6,7) einer elektrischen Ausrüstung zum Betätigen der Leuchte; und
    mindestens einer elektrischen Stromversorgungsbatterie (5);
    wobei:
    die Komponenten (6,7) der elektrischen Ausrüstung und die mindestens eine Batterie (5) separat von der Lampe (2) oder anderer Wärmequellen angeordnet sind;
    die Leuchte mehrere Gehäuse (3,3',3") aufweist, die mittels Artikulationsvorrichtungen gelenkig derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass eine Änderung der Winkelposition zwischen den Gehäusen (3,3',3") zwecks Erleichterung der Anpassbarkeit und Positionierung der Gehäuse an einen bzw. in einem versenkten Aufnahmeraum ermöglicht wird;
    und die mindestens einer Stromversorgungsbatterie (5) in mindestens einem der Gehäuse (3) angeordnet ist, während die Komponenten (6,7) der elektrischen Ausrüstung in mindestens einem anderen der Gehäuse (3',3") angeordnet sind; und
    ferner mit Verbindungskabeln (19) zwischen der Batterie (5) und den in den verschiedenen Gehäusen (3,3',3") angeordneten Komponenten (6,7) der elektrischen Ausrüstung, wobei die Verbindungskabel durch die zwischen den Gehäusen angeordneten Artikulationsvorrichtungen verlaufen.
  2. Notleuchte nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Artikulationsvorrichtungen Gelenke (4) aufweisen, die durch Verbindung einer oberen Abdeckung (9), eines Zwischenteils (11) und zweier unterer Teile (12) gebildet sind, wobei die unteren Teile an eine gemeinsame Achse (14) angelenkt sind.
  3. Notleuchte nach Anspruch 2, bei der die obere Abdeckung (9) an einer ihrer Seiten mit einem Kanal (10) versehen ist, in den ein Rand eines Gehäuses (3,3',3") passt, während das Zwischenteil (11) überlappend unter der oberen Abdeckung angreift, und die obere Abdeckung an der gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einem weiteren Kanal (10) versehen ist, in den der Rand eines dem vorgenannten Gehäuse benachbarten Gehäuses (3,3',3") passt, wobei die obere Abdeckung (9) und das Zwischenteil (11) mit einer Anzahl unterer Vorsprünge (16) versehen sind, die in Vertiefungen (17) aufgenommen sind, welche zu diesem Zweck in dem oberen Teilbereich der beiden unteren Teile (12) ausgebildet sind, wobei die letzteren Teile an ihrer Außenseite mit Kanälen (15) versehen sind, welche denjenigen der oberen Abdeckung (9) und des Zwischenteils (11) gleich sind und in welche die entsprechenden Ränder der benachbarten Gehäuse (3,3',3") passen.
  4. Notleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, bei der jeder der beiden unteren Teile (12) mit einem Halter (13) versehen ist, wobei einer der Halter (13) dem anderen der Halter (13) axial gegenüberliegt, wobei ein gemeinsamer Stift (14) zwischen den beiden Haltern (13) untergebracht ist, wobei der gemeinsame Stift (14), der als Achse für die beiden unteren Teile (12) dient, unabhängig schwenkbar ist, um eine Veränderung der Winkelposition der entsprechenden benachbarten Gehäuse (3,3',3") zu ermöglichen, die mittels des die unteren Teile (12) aufweisenden Gelenks (4) miteinander verbunden sind.
  5. Notleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, bei der zwischen dem oberen Teil (9), dem Zwischenteil (11) und den beiden unteren Teilen (12) des Gelenks (4) ein Kanal (18) ausgebildet ist, durch den die elektrischen Kabel verlaufen, welche die entsprechenden Gehäuse (3, 3',3") verbinden.
  6. Notleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, bei der das Zwischenteil (11) Vorsprünge oder Vorwölbungen (20) aufweist, die eine Zahnanordnung bilden, welche die Drehung des Zwischenteils (11) relativ zu der oberen Abdeckung (9) begrenzt, um ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Scharniereinheit (4) zu verhindern.
  7. Notleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Komponenten der elektrischen Ausrüstung einen Transformator in Verbindung mit einer Batterieladevorrichtung (6) enthalten, wobei der Transformator und die Batterieladevorrichtung (6) in einem Gehäuse (3') untergebracht sind, das nicht das die mindestens eine Batterie (5) enthaltende Gehäuse (3) ist.
  8. Notleuchte nach Anspruch 7, ferner mit einem Konverter (7) zum Starten der Lampe, wobei der Konverter in einem Gehäuse (3") untergebracht ist, das weder das die Batterieladevorrichtung (6) enthaltende Gehäuse (3') noch das die Batterie enthaltende Gehäuse (3) ist.
  9. Notleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Komponenten (6,7) der elektrischen Ausrüstung und die mindestens eine Batterie (5) separat von der Lampe (2) angeordnet sind.
