Abstract

Dispositif pour l'utilisation des fonctions main libre des téléphones portables dans les véhicules. L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de faciliter l'utilisation de la fonction main libre des téléphones portables pendant la conduite de son véhicule. Il est constitué d'une base (1) avec les côtés latéraux amovibles (3) sur lesquels est fixée une mousse (4) l'ensemble permet d'adapter le dispositif au différent format des téléphones portables (5) et de maintenir le téléphone portable immobile et solidaire de la base (1) sur la partie supérieure de la base une fixation en forme de crochet (2) permet de fixer l'ensemble du dispositif sur les volants des véhicules (6). Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à l'utilisation des mains libres pour les téléphones portables dans un véhicule.

DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'utilisation des fonctions mains libre des téléphones portable dans les véhicules.
Les téléphones portables sont aujourd'hui équiper des mains libres intégrées. L'utilisation de celui ci n'est pas pratique pendant la conduite de son véhicule.
Plus souvent fixe au tableau de bord, le téléphone portable est trop loin pour une bonne consultation de l'afficheur et pour une bonne communication.
Accrocher à la ceinture, pas pratique au moment d'une appelle. 0 Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de faciliter l'utilisation du fonction main libre des téléphones portables pendant la conduite de son véhicule.
Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, une base avec les cotés latéraux amovibles sur lesquelles est fixer une mousse. 5 l'ensemble permet d'adapter le dispositif au différent format des téléphones portables et de maintenir le téléphone portable immobile et solidaire de la base.
Sur la partie supérieure de la base une fixation en forme de crochet permet de fixer l'ensemble du dispositif sur les volants des véhicules. 0 Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation :
- Les cotés latéraux amovible du dispositif permettent de maintenir le téléphone portable immobile et solidaire de la base.
- Une fixation en forme de crocher sur la partie supérieure de la base permet de fixer l'ensemble du dispositif sur les volants des véhicules. 5 - Les mousses fixées sur les cotés latéraux amovible du dispositif permettent une bonne fixation du téléphone portable. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :
La figure 1 représente, le dispositif vu de gauche composer d'une fixation en forme de crocher, d'une base et d'une partie amovible. 0 La figure 2 représente, le dispositif vu de face en position fermer.

La figure 4 représente, le dispositif fixer sur un volant avec sur sa base un téléphone Portable qui lui est fixer par les coté latéraux amovible du dispositif
En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte une base (1) dont la partie 5 supérieure est en forme de crocher (2) et les côtés latéraux sont amovibles (3) recouverts d'une mousse (4) Selon une variante non illustrée, un system électronique intégré au dispositif permet l'utiUsation des téléphones portables qui ne sont pas équiper de main libre intégrée.
Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à l'utilisation des mains libres des téléphones portables dans un véhicule.

REVENDICATIONS
1) Dispositif pour téléphone portable caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une base (1), avec une partie supérieure en forme de crocher
(2), sur la partie inférieure se trouve deux cotés latéraux amovible
(3), recouvert d'une mousse
(4) 2) Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieur de la base en forme de crocher (2) permet la fixation du dispositif sur les volants (6) des véhicules.
3) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les cotés latéraux amovibles (3) permet de maintenir le téléphone portable (5) immobile et solidaire de la base.
4) Dispositif selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que les mousses (4) fixe sur les parties latérales amovibles (3) permet une bonne fixation du téléphone portable (5)
