    that the double strap belt (3) in the end region (7) located in the sandwich lock (5) has a lower deflection drum (17) for the lower strap belt (14) and an upper deflection drum (18) for the upper strap belt (15), the upper deflection drum (18) being located upstream of the lower deflection drum (17) in the conveying direction,
    that the sandwich lock (3) is laterally fixed to the casing (10) of the vertical mill (6) and
    that in the ejection direction of the milling material (4) a feed opening (11) is formed in the casing (10) of the vertical mill (6).
  2. Device according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the casing (8) of the sandwich lock (5) has a passage opening (23) for the double strap belt (13) with the material (4) enclosed therein and a lower (24) and an upper slot opening (25) for the lower (14) and upper strap belt (15) to be returned and that the passage opening (23) and the upper (24) and lower slot opening (25) are provided with seals (33, 34, 35) for maintaining the pressure level in the sandwich lock (5) and in the vertical mill (6).
  3. Device according to claim 2,
    characterized in that
    the passage opening (23) and the lower (24) and upper slot opening (25) are in each case adapted to the contour of the double strap belt (13) with the material (4) enclosed therein or the deflected, lower (14) and upper strap belt (15).
  4. Device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that,
    at least in the end region (7) of the double strap conveyor (3) received in the sandwich lock (5), the material (4) to be supplied is enclosed in air-tight manner between the lower (14) and the upper strap belt (15).
  5. Device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the double strap belt (13) is marginally provided with material-free overlap areas (19) and to avoid a secondary air introduction into the sandwich lock (5) and the vertical mill (6) is constructed in sealable manner.
  6. Device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    for sealing the double strap belt (13) with the material (4) enclosed therein, sealing means are provided and that the sealing means, constructed as rolling seals, sliding seals or bristle seals, are positioned upstream of the sandwich lock (5).
  7. Device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    an overpressure or underpressure prevails in the vertical mill (6) and in the sandwich lock (5) and the sandwich lock has a casing (8) constructed in gas-tight and/or pressure-tight manner.
  8. Device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the lower strap belt (14) and upper strap belt (15) are constructed in trough-shaped manner and with their material-free, virtually planar overlap areas (19) are superimposed in mirror symmetrical manner in such a way that a cross-sectionally biconvex reception space (20) for the milling material (4) is formed.
  9. Device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the deflection drums (17, 18) of the double strap conveyor (3) are constructed in complementary manner to the trough-shaped strap belts (14, 15) and between circular cylindrical front areas (21) are virtually shaped like a one-sheet hyperboloid.
  10. Device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    backing rolls (26) for maintaining the trough-shaped construction are provided at least in the vicinity of the deflected, lower strap belt (14).
  11. Device according to one of the claims 2 to 10,
    characterized in that
    the seal (33) of the passage opening (23) for the double strap belt (13) has an upper (34) and a lower sealing area (35) and that the upper sealing area (34) is vertically adjustable and adaptable to the convexity of the upper strap belt (15) and a constant sealing area (35) is provided for the lower strap belt (14).
  12. Device according to claim 11,
    characterized in that
    the vertically adjustable, upper sealing area (34) of the seal (33) has sealing laminas, which rest in resilient or sliding manner on the upper strap belt (15) of the double strap belt (13) and that the lower sealing area (35) of seal (33) and the seals of the lower (24) and upper slot openings (25) are constructed in labyrinth packing form.
  13. Device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the double strap conveyor (3) has a lower, virtually horizontal conveying area (30) for receiving raw material, e.g. from silos (37), a vertical conveying area (31) and an upper, virtually horizontal conveying area (32) and that the upper, horizontal conveying area (32) extends into the sandwich lock (3).
  14. Device according to one of the claims 2 to 13,
    characterized in that
    the sandwich lock (5) has a box-shaped casing (8) with a front side (28), which faces the feed opening (11) and in which are formed the passage opening (23) and the lower (24) and upper slot opening (25).
  15. Device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the milling material (4) supplied in the double strap belt (13) and ejected into the feed opening (11) passes in free-falling or forcibly guided manner into the milling area (12) of the vertical mill (6).
  16. Device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the speed of the double strap belt (13) is adjustable as a function of the spacing of the lower deflection drum (17) from the feed opening (11) in such a way that the milling material (4) passes directly to the centre of the mill.
