Abstract
Description
Zudem hat ein derartiger Kontakt den Vorteil, lediglich ein Bauteil lagermäßig vorhalten zu müssen.
Dabei ist ein massiv ausgebildetes Kontaktelement vorgesehen, bei dem der Buchsenkontakt zangenförmig ausgebildet ist, in den lediglich ein federndes Kontaktelement mit einem tulpenförmigen Einsteckbereich eingesetzt wird.
Weiterhin ist von Vorteil, dass dieser Kontakt mit einem entsprechend ausgebildeten Steckergehäuse in bereits bestehende Gehäuseausführungen einsetzbar und somit austauschbar ist, wobei die verbesserten elektrischen Eigenschaften durch die doppelte Kontaktierung auch eine hohe Strombelastung durch die doppelten Stift- und Buchsenkontakte ermöglichen.

Der Anschlussbereich 5 ist als Hülse gebogen und mit einem Schraubanschluss 7 versehen, so dass ein in der Hülse eingeschobener elektrischer Leiter mittels des Schraubanschlusses festgesetzt wird. Der Anschlussbereich kann aber auch als offene Crimpzone ausgeführt sein.
Der Steckbereich 3 besteht aus einem Buchsenkontakt 10, gebildet aus flachen Schenkeln 11, der einen tulpenförmigen Einsteckbereich 12 aufweist sowie einem ebenfalls aus flachen Schenkeln 15 geformten Stiftkontakt 14, dessen Steckenden 16 nach innen weisend zusammengebogen sind.
Dabei sind Buchsen- und Stiftkontakt, durch einen Steg 6 verbunden, nebeneinander angeordnet und wiederum mittels eines Steges 4 mit dem Anschlussbereich verbunden.
Der Anschlussbereich für einen elektrischen Leiter ist in diesem Beispiel ebenfalls als Schraubanschluss 7 ausgeführt, kann aber auch mit einem Crimpanschluss, einem Steckanschluss oder einem Käfigzugfederanschluss versehen sein.
Der Steckbereich 3 weist insgesamt drei fingerartige Ausformungen auf, wobei zwei Ausformungen einen zangenförmigen Buchsenkontakt 17 bilden, in dem eine Ausnehmung 13 vorgesehen ist, in die ein U-förmiges, federnd ausgebildetes und mit einem tulpenförmigen Einsteckbereich 12 versehenes Kontaktelement 18 einsetzbar ist, während die dritte Ausformung den Stiftkontakt 14 bildet.
Dabei sind zwei der hermaphroditischen Kontaktteile 2 mit Schraubanschlüssen 7 in teilweise aufgeschnittenen Kammern 22 eines aus isolierendem Material gefertigten Steckverbindergehäuses 20 eingefügt.
Claims (2)
- Einstückiges, elektrisches hermaphroditisches Kontaktteil (2) mit einem Steckbereich (3) und einem Anschlussbereich (5) für einen hermaphroditischen Steckverbinder, wobei das Kontaktteil (2) einen Steckbereich (3) mit einem Buchsenkontakt und einem Stiftkontakt (14) aufweist, die unmittelbar nebeneinander angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktteil (2) aus massivem Material gefertigt ist, wobei der Buchsenkontakt (17) eine zangenförmige Aufnahme mit einer erweiterten Ausnehmung (13) aufweist, in die ein U-förmiges, federndes und mit einem tulpenförmigen Einsteckbereich (12) versehenes Kontaktelement (18) eingefügt ist.
- Hermaphroditisches Kontaktteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlussbereich (5) als Schraubverschluss, Crimpanschluss, Steckanschluss oder als Käfigzugfederanschluss ausgeführt ist.
