- les figures 2, 3 et 4 sont des exemples de réalisation de sources lumineuses du dispositif conforme à l'invention.
Claims (11)
- Dispositif (1) d'éclairage et de décoration destiné à être installé dans un local (2), par exemple dépourvue de fenêtre, ledit dispositif comprenant :un cadre support fixé (7) sur une paroi (8) de l'un des murs du local (2),au moins une source de lumière montée dans ledit cadre support (7),un élément de décoration (9) représentant par exemple une scène extérieure, monté dans le cadre support (7),et un moyen de simulation d'un relief associé à l'élément de décoration (9), la source de lumière permettant d'une part d'éclairer l'élément de décoration (9) et d'autre part d'éclairer le local (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un filtre (10) monté sur le cadre support (7), absorbant partiellement la lumière émise par la source lumineuse, l'élément de décoration étant observé à travers ledit filtre (10).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le filtre (10) est un élément de protection solaire de fenêtre du type volet, store vénitien, toile screen, écran perforé, ou un métal déployé.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le filtre (10) est associé à un moyen de réglage permettant d'ajuster le coefficient de transmission de lumière dudit filtre (10).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un module de commande électronique, pilotant l'émission de lumière de la source lumineuse ou d'une plaque lumineuse (3) comportant une pluralité de sources lumineuses.
- Dispositif (1) selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le module de commande électronique pilote le moyen de réglage du filtre (10).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un organe de commande permettant à l'utilisateur de choisir l'ambiance lumineuse du local (2), adaptée à son activité.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un ensemble de sources lumineuses, agencé et réparti dans le cadre support (7).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que certains des moyens d'éclairage sont des sources de lumière directionnelles.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le module de commande électronique comprend une unité de mémorisation, permettant d'enregistrer un enchaínement de consignes de commande de la ou des sources lumineuses et/ou du filtre (10), correspondant à un scénario d'éclairage donné, ledit scénario pouvant être stable ou évolutif dans le temps.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il constitue une fenêtre virtuelle.
