- la figure 5 est relative à un second mode de réalisation d'un manchon souple utilisable dans l'ensemble d'application selon l'invention ; et
- les figures 6A-6G illustrent les différentes étapes d'utilisation de l'ensemble d'application selon l'invention.
Claims (22)
- Ensemble pour l'application en mèches d'un produit capillaire, comprenant :a) un applicateur (1) comportant :i) une portion formant réservoir (2) contenant le produit à appliquer ;ii) une portion applicatrice (8) comportant une zone d'application (6), en engagement avec laquelle une mèche (M), préalablement isolée du reste de la chevelure, est apte à être retenue lors d'un déplacement relatif entre l'applicateur (1) et la mèche selon une direction longitudinale à cette dernière ; etiii) au moins un passage (4) pour l'amenée du produit depuis le réservoir (2) vers la zone d'application (6) lors dudit déplacement de manière à enduire la mèche (M) dudit produit ;b) un manchon souple (10) ouvert en ses deux extrémités (12, 13) pour recevoir ladite mèche (M) via l'une de ses extrémités ouvertes, et l'envelopper sur au moins une partie de sa longueur.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le manchon souple (10) est apte à être mis en engagement relativement à l'applicateur (1) de manière à pouvoir être mis en place autour de la mèche (M), simultanément à au moins une partie dudit déplacement relatif.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que l'alimentation de la zone d'application (6) se fait en réponse à une réduction de volume de la portion formant réservoir (2).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que la portion formant réservoir (2) comprend au moins une paroi déformable élastiquement, notamment sous forme d'un soufflet (9), la réduction de volume résultant d'une pression exercée sur ladite paroi.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que l'applicateur (1) est formé d'une seule pièce, obtenue notamment par extrusion soufflage.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que la portion applicatrice (8) est constituée d'une portion rapportée et fixée à la portion formant réservoir (2), notamment par encliquetage, vissage, collage, serrage, ou soudage.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que l'applicateur (1) est de forme allongée, le manchon souple (10) étant configuré de manière à pouvoir être enfilé sur l'applicateur (1) via la portion applicatrice (8) de ce dernier.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une extrémité ouverte (12, 13) du manchon souple comprend des moyens déformables (14-19) pour, de manière réversible, en assurer la fermeture au moins partielle, notamment par maintien sensiblement en contact, voire serrage, sur lui-même d'un bord libre de ladite extrémité ouverte (12, 13).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que les deux extrémités ouvertes (12, 13) sont équipées desdits moyens déformables.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8 ou 9 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens déformables sont constitués de moyens formant ressort (16-19), configurés de manière à contraindre en position de serrage sur lui-même le bord libre de ladite ou desdites extrémités ouvertes (12, 13).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens déformables (14, 15) sont réalisés en un matériau souple à faible mémoire de forme, notamment à partir d'une feuille à base d'aluminium, ou d'un complexe à base d'aluminium et de plastique.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que le manchon souple (10) est réalisé en un matériau transparent ou translucide.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que le manchon souple (10) est obtenu :i) par extrusion ; ouii) à partir de deux feuilles soudées ou collées l'une sur l'autre le long de leurs deux bords longitudinaux ; ouiii) par repliement sur elle-même d'une feuille et par soudage ou collage l'un sur l'autre de ses deux bords longitudinaux.
- Procédé d'application en mèches d'un produit capillaire, consistant àa) prélever une mèche (M) sur la chevelure et la mettre en engagement avec une zone d'application (6) d'une portion applicatrice (8) d'un applicateur (1), ladite zone d'application étant alimentée en produit via au moins un passage (4) apte à communiquer avec un réservoir contenant ledit produit ;b) tout en maintenant la mèche (M) en engagement avec ladite zone d'application (6), provoquer un déplacement relatif entre l'applicateur (1) et la mèche selon une direction longitudinale à cette dernière, de manière à enduire la mèche dudit produit ; etc) simultanément à au moins une partie dudit mouvement relatif entre l'applicateur (1) et la mèche (M), envelopper cette dernière sur au moins une partie de sa longueur, au moyen d'au moins d'un manchon souple (10) ouvert en ses deux extrémités (12, 13).
- Procédé selon la revendication 14 caractérisé en ce que la mise en engagement de la mèche (M) avec la zone d'application (6) s'effectue en un point de ladite mèche situé au voisinage du cuir chevelu, le déplacement relatif entre la mèche et l'applicateur (1) s'effectuant en direction de l'extrémité libre de la mèche.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14 ou 15 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape consistant à :d) refermer au moins en partie l'extrémité ouverte (12) du manchon souple (10), la plus proche du cuir chevelu, sur la mèche (M) de manière à limiter les écoulements de produit en direction du cuir chevelu.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 16 caractérisé en ce qu'après désengagement de la mèche (M) relativement à la zone d'application (6), l'extrémité ouverte (13) du manchon souple (10) la plus éloignée du cuir chevelu est refermée, au moins en partie, de manière à limiter les écoulements de produit au travers de ladite extrémité ouverte (13).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 17 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de malaxage de la mèche (M) à l'intérieur du manchon souple (10) de manière à améliorer l'enduction de la mèche par ledit produit.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 18 caractérisé en ce que le produit est un produit de coloration/décoloration.
- Dispositif (10) destiné à envelopper une mèche de cheveux traitée par un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 19, le dispositif comprenant une enveloppe souple, de forme allongée (11), ouverte en ses deux extrémités (12, 13), de manière à recevoir ladite mèche (M), l'une au moins des extrémités ouvertes étant équipée de moyens (14 -19) destinés à, après insertion de la mèche (M) à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe, refermer au moins en partie ladite extrémité ouverte sur ladite mèche.
- Dispositif (10) selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (14 -19) sont prévus aux deux extrémités (12, 13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 20 ou 21 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens sont constitués d'une bague (14, 15) réalisée en un matériau souple à faible mémoire de forme, notamment à base d'aluminium, ou d'un arrangement formant ressort (16-19).
