Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an article of clothing for the upper body according to the preamble of claim 1, wherein the article of clothing both a jacket, a coat, a weather jacket, a blouson, a vest, a Sweatshirt, a shirt or the like, which can be particularly useful for Shopping, sightseeing, traveling or hiking can be used as outerwear.
untergebrachten Ausweispapiere stets greifbar bleiben.
In the prior art, for example, DE 26 45 889 C2 presents a travel coat with a receiving pocket provided on the inside with two foldable parts for the transport of the coat that is not worn. In this embodiment, the opened rectangular receptacle pockets are arranged in an upright position in the front part of the travel coat and equipped with zip-in pouches, which assume a hanging position in the use position of the coat, so that, for example, the identification papers additionally accommodated in these bags always remain within reach.
In the folded state, the travel coat then forms a handbag, which in a special embodiment can be provided with grip loops.
A disadvantage of this embodiment is, inter alia, that only small pieces of luggage and light weight can be transported in the breast pockets, which means that when traveling, in addition to the travel coat, a further backpack or an additional travel bag is always required to transport the larger travel items.
Another disadvantage of the travel coat results from the fact that in order to transform the travel coat into a pocket, it must inevitably be placed and folded on a level surface, so that taking off and folding the jacket, for example during a hike, is quite complex. Therefore, folding the travel coat while hiking inevitably requires a stopover or outside help.
In this context, there is yet another disadvantage of this embodiment, which consists in the fact that a travel bag that has been carried along, for example during city tours, has to be removed while the travel coat is being removed and transformed, so that this is inevitably exposed to an increased risk of theft.
In addition, like any other handbag, the folded travel jacket, which has been folded into a bag, must either be stowed in a backpack or carried in the hand, so that it inevitably impairs the room for maneuver.
All these disadvantages already described also have the embodiment of a windbreaker known from WO 84/01092 A1 with a transport handbag which can also be carried under the windbreaker and can be converted into a belt pouch.
In EP 0228 767 A2, as well as in US Pat. No. 5,165,111 A, special backpack-jacket combinations are presented in which the backpack is worn on the unfolded jacket in a manner that is protected against rain and access.
In addition to the disadvantage that the backpack has to be put down to unfold and stow the jacket, these embodiments also have the disadvantage in common that objects can be removed from the backpack without authorization (by strangers) in densely populated places.
Other embodiments with combinations of rucksack and poncho when the rucksack can be protected against theft and rain-protected by the rain protection, as described for example in DE 201 02 379 U1, or with combinations of rucksack and rain jacket, when the rucksack is also theft-resistant if necessary. and can be protected from the rain by a rain jacket, for example according to the solution known from DE 44 46 814 C 1, with a protective jacket combined with a backpack, in which the pocket receiving the protective jacket is arranged on one of the two sides of the backpack, and The protective jacket firmly connected to the backpack can encase both the backpack carrier and the backpack, have the advantage that all travel essentials can be stowed in the backpack for hiking tours or city tours, but with these embodiments the content of the backpack is not always accessible to the wearer because the backpack can only be opened by the wearer after it has been set down.
In addition, in all of these embodiments, the backpack must be set down both for unfolding and for stowing the rain cover or rain jacket, since in all these embodiments it is not possible to unfold or stow the rain jacket while hiking without outside help.
The invention is therefore based on the object of an article of clothing for the upper body, which has a clear, theft-proof and quickly accessible storage of Commodities and other travel needs in such a way that at item of clothing worn on the body in the form or by means of a Articles of daily use worn on the body itself densely populated places can be protected against unauthorized access, in addition, the commodity neither to unfold nor to be stowed to stow the item of clothing, and so far from the commodity also for the transport of the The article of clothing according to the invention can be used Item of clothing quickly and without at any time while running outside help both unfolded from the commodity, but can also be stowed in the commodity, whereby at the same time, all of the content found in the commodity the wearer quickly at any time during the run without outside help should be accessible.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by an article of clothing with the features of the main claim of the invention.

bildet. FIG. 1 shows the article of
The article of clothing according to the invention is characterized in that it has an insertion opening 8 extending from the
Schultergurt 2 versehene Schultertasche 1 ausgebildet.
Druckknopfes, angeordnetem Verschlusselement 6. In the hem area, a

In addition, particularly as a result of the article of clothing according to the invention worn on the body, the entire shoulder bag 1 is prevented from being stolen by cutting or unauthorized removal of objects from the shoulder bag, even in densely populated places.
In the variant described so far according to FIGS. 1 and 2, it is assumed that the insertion openings can be arranged on both sides of the article of clothing, so that the shoulder bag can consequently be worn on the right as well as on the body.
FIG. 3 now shows the article of

Schultergurt 2 versehener Schultertasche, dargestellt.
In this embodiment, the insertion opening is arranged in a sensible manner on the side of the article of clothing facing the storm aperture opening direction.
