Abstract

  • 1. Hochdruckdurchführungen an isolierenden Bestandteilen von Druckgefäßwandungen
  • 2.1 Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, bei dem eine erhöhte Druckbeständigkeit gewährleistet wird und nur ein geringer Abfall bei Temperaturerhöhung auftritt.
  • 2.2 Erfindungsgemäß gelingt die Lösung der Aufgabe dadurch, dass die Druckgefäßwandung eine konische Aufnahme aufweist, in die ein außen konischer Isolierkörper, in dem ein oder mehrere elektrisch leitende Durchführungsleiter fest angeordnet sind, eingesetzt ist; wobei die Konuswinkel der Aufnahme und des Isolierkörpers sich nach der zur Hochdruckseite hin öffnen und die Druckgefäßwandung zunächst um 200 bis 300 K gegenüber Umgebungstemperatur aufgeheizt und danach der Isolierkörper in die Druckgefäßwandung unter leichten Druck eingesetzt werden.
  • 2.3 Die Erfindung betrifft elektrische Durchführungen an isolierenden Bestandteilen einer Druckgefäßwandung, insbesondere für Gehäuse von Drucksensoren und ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.
