Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine mit randverstärktem Aufhängeloch versehene Warenverpackung aus Karton, bestehend aus einem Kartonzuschnitt, bei dem die Lochverstärkung aus einer das Loch umgebenden Kunststoffolie besteht. Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, mit einfachen Mitteln eine wirksame Randverstärkung zu schaffen, die ohne besonderen maschinellen Aufwand auf herkömmlichen Maschinen für die Herstellung von Kartonausschnitten zu fertigen ist. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß sich die Kunststoffolie über den gesamten Randstreifen einschließlich des Ortes des Loches erstreckt und das Loch umgibt. Bei der Herstellung dieser Warenverpackung geht man so vor, daß man auf einen Kartonbogen mehrere Streifen Kunststofffolie aufkaschiert, deren Mittellinien einen Abstand von der Länge der herzustellenden Warenverpackung aufweisen, und aus diesem Kartonbogen die einzelnen Kartonzuschnitte mit ihren Löchern ausstanzt, wobei die Löcher auf den mit Kunststoffstreifen versehenen Folienabschnitten des Kartons liegen. Dadurch erhält man eine Warenverpackung, die sich in ihrem Randbereich durch hohe Festigkeit auszeichnet, so daß ein eingestanztes Loch nicht ausgerissen werden kann, solange dabei nicht die aufkaschierte Kunststoffolie zerrissen wird. Diese läßt sich entsprechend dem Gewicht der verpackten Ware so kräftig auswählen, daß ein Zerreißen der Folie ausgeschlossen ist. Ein Abreißen der Folie vom Karton läßt sich durch die Wahl der Breite der Folie sicher vermeiden.

In the manufacture of this product packaging, the procedure is to laminate several strips of plastic film onto a cardboard sheet, the center lines of which are spaced apart from the length of the product packaging to be produced, and to punch out the individual cardboard blanks with their holes from this cardboard sheet, the holes on the with Foil sections of the cardboard provided with plastic strips. This gives a product packaging which is characterized in its edge area by high strength, so that a punched hole cannot be torn out as long as the laminated plastic film is not torn. This can be selected so strongly according to the weight of the packaged goods that tearing of the film is impossible. Tearing off the film from the box can be avoided by choosing the width of the film.
