Claims (14)
- Überwachungs- und Eindringschutzvorrichtung, aufweisend einerseits ein zentrales Verwaltungs- und Steuerungsmodul (1), welches insbesondere Mittel zur Verarbeitung von Daten und zur Verwaltung (2, 2'), programmierbare Speichermittel (14, 14', 14") sowie Sende-/Empfangsmittel (8, 9) für bidirektionale Fernübertragungen mittels Radiofrequenz aufweist, und andererseits wenigstens eine Peripherieeinheit (4) in Form einer Videokamera (5), die mit einem Detektor (6) gekoppelt ist, wobei das Zentralmodul und jede Peripherieeinheit eine eigene, autonome Versorgung (7, 7') aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zentralmodul (1) und jede Peripherieeinheit (4) vom Typ Kamera (5)/Detektor (6) Radiofrequenz-Sende-/Empfangsmittel (8, 9) für die bidirektionale, synchrone intermittierende Übertragung von Datensignalen und/oder Steuersignalen untereinander aufweisen und dass jede Peripherieeinheit (4) einen Radiofrequenzsender (10) und das Zentralmodul (1) einen Radiofrequenzempfänger (11) aufweist, die für die unidirektionale, vorzugsweise intermittierende Übertragung von Videosignalen oder Bildsignalen ausgebildet sind, wobei eine numerische Codierung oder ein analoges Authentifizierungsmittel auf einer Unterträgerwelle übertragen wird, die für den Transport der Audiokomponente der genannten Videosignale vorgesehen ist, letzteres parallel zu jedem Videofluss, der in Richtung des genannten Moduls (1) übertragen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aktivierung der Videokamera (5) jeder Peripherieeinheit (4) während einer vorbestimmten Dauer und das Aufnehmen und das anschließende Übertragen eines Bildes oder mehrerer Bilder zu dem Zentralmodul (1) direkt oder indirekt durch den Detektor (6), beispielsweise in Form eines Anwesenheits-oder Bewegungsmelders, der betreffenden Peripherieeinheit (4) ausgelöst werden, gegebenenfalls nach Validierung durch das Zentralmodul (1).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Peripherieeinheit (4) weiterhin Beleuchtungsmittel (12) aufweist, deren Beleuchtungszone im Wesentlichen mit der Aufnahmezone der Videokamera (5) der betreffenden Einheit (4) übereinstimmt, wobei die Aktivierung der genannten Beleuchtungsmittel (12) mit den effektiven Bildaufnahmeperioden der entsprechenden Videokamera (5) synchronisiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verarbeitungs- und Verwaltungsmittel durch einen Haupt-Mikroprozessor (2) und einen Signalverarbeitungs-Mikroprozessor (2') gebildet sind, die über einen Datenbus (13) und einen Adressbus (13') mit verschiedenen Arbeitsspeichern (14, 14"), mit einer programmierbaren Logik (14') sowie mit einem Dekodierer (15) für Videosignale verbunden sind, wobei das von der Peripherieeinheit oder den Peripherieeinheiten (4) empfangene Bild oder wenigstens eines der von der Peripherieeinheit oder den Peripherieeinheiten (4) empfangenen Bilder durch die Verarbeitungs- oder Verwaltungsmittel (2, 2') in der Auflösung reduziert und mit einem entsprechenden, vorab gespeicherten Referenzbild verglichen wird, wobei letztere gegebenenfalls bei einem Erkennen eines Unterschieds zwischen den beiden verglichenen Bildern oder im Falle einer Anomalie eine bestätigende Überprüfung durchführen, indem sie untereinander einen erneuten Vergleich der genannten Bilder mit einer verbesserten Auflösung durchführen, bevor eine Alarmprozedur ausgelöst wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine empfangene Bild nach Reduzierung der Auflösung mit einem Referenzbild verglichen wird, das in einem der Arbeitsspeicher (14) gespeichert ist und das einer normalen Situation entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Falle der Übertragung einer Sequenz aus mehreren aufeinanderfolgenden Bildern der Vergleich nach erfolgter Verringerung der Auflösung gegebenenfalls wiederholt zwischen zwei Bildern der Sequenz durchgeführt wird, gegebenenfalls in Abhängigkeit vom Ergebnis eines ersten Vergleichs des ersten Bildes der betreffenden Sequenz mit einem gespeicherten Referenzbild.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zentralmodul (1) Programmmittel zur numerischen Komprimierung von Videodateien und zur Bereitstellung einer Kommunikationsschnittstelle mit dem übergeordneten Kommunikationsmedium, sowie ein Softwaremodem und Mittel zur Audiosynthese umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie weiterhin als Peripheriemodul oder Peripheriemodule wenigstens einen Detektor (16) aufweist, der ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe, welche Bewegungsmelder, Öffnungsmelder, Fensterscheibenschadensmelder und verschiedene Typen von Detektoren von Anomalien oder Funktionsstörungen im Haushalt umfasst, wobei jeder Detektor (16) mit Radiofrequenz-Sende-/Empfangsmitteln (16') für eine bidirektionale, synchrone Kommunikation mit dem Zentralmodul (1) ausgestattet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem als weitere Peripheriemodule wenigstens eine Befehls-und Programmiertastatur (19) aufweist, die insbesondere für eine Befestigung an einer Wand ausgebildet ist, sowie gegebenenfalls wenigstens eine entfernt angeordnete Sirene (17) und/oder wenigstens eine Fernsteuerung (18), wobei jedes dieser Peripheriemodule (17, 18, 19) mit eigenen Radiofrequenz-Sende-/Empfangsmitteln (17', 18', 19') für eine bidirektionale Kommunikation mit dem Zentralmodul (1) ausgestattet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tastatur (19) mit einem Lesegerät (20) für einen kontaktlosen Identifikationsausweis ausgestattet ist, wobei ein elektromagnetisches Abfragefeld verwendet wird, wobei das Lesegerät (20) während einer bestimmten Zeit durch einen Näherungssensor (21), beispielsweise vom Infrarottyp, aktiviert wird, und dass die Fernsteuerung (18) im Falle einer Unterbrechung ihrer Verbindung mit dem Zentralmodul (1) automatisch in einen Schlafzustand umgeschaltet und nur durch Drücken auf eine beliebige Taste durch die Bedienperson und anschließendes Wiederherstellen der genannten Verbindung mit dem Zentralmodul (1) wieder aktiviert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zentralmodul (1) in einem geschlossenen Gehäuse (22) angeordnet ist, welches aus zwei komplementären Halbschalen gebildet ist, von denen die untere (22') einen Befestigungssockel bildet und von denen die obere (22") einen Deckel bildet, und welches einen Kontakt (23) zum Erkennen eines Öffnens und/oder einer Trennung der beiden Halbschalen (22', 22") aufweist, wobei letztere durch Kraftübertragungssäulen (24) verbunden sind, die dazu dienen, die Halterung der oberen Halbschale (22") und ihre Distanzierung gegenüber der unteren Halbschale (22') sicherzustellen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (22) eine Schutz-Zwischenschale (22"') aufweist, die sich zwischen dem Sockel (22') und dem Deckel (22") erstreckt und die gedruckte Schaltung oder die Karte (26) abdeckt, welche an dem Sockel (22') befestigt ist und welche die elektronischen und elektrischen Funktionsbestandteile (2, 2', 13, 14, 14', 14", 15) des Zentralmoduls (1) trägt, und dass jede Kraftübertragungssäule (24) einerseits durch einen starren Rohrabschnitt (28) gebildet ist, der einstückig mit der Zwischenschale (22"') ausgebildet ist und sich in Richtung des Sockels (22') erstreckt, und andererseits durch eine Abstützung (29), welche die Basis des starren Rohrabschnitts (28) aufnimmt, sowie schließlich durch eine Hülse (30), die auf der Innenseite des Deckels (22') ausgebildet ist und dazu dient, nach Zwischenfügung einer Unterlegscheibe (31) aus einem nachgiebigen und/oder elastischen Material in Anlage auf der Zwischenschale (22"') zu treten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sirene (17) in einem von dem Gehäuse (22), welches das Zentralmodul (1) umschließt, unabhängigen und von außen im Wesentlichen gleichen Gehäuse (25) angeordnet ist, wobei das Modul (17") zur Wiedergabe des akustischen Alarmsignals der Sirene (17) beweglich auf einem Druckauslösekontakt (17"') angeordnet ist, welcher normalerweise deaktiviert ist.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Überwachungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Falle des Erkennens eines Zwischenfalls oder einer Anomalie durch eines der Module (16) oder eine der Peripherieeinheiten (4) bei dem Zentralmodul (1) eine elektronische Mitteilung zusammengestellt wird, welche den Zwischenfall oder die Anomalie auf der Grundlage von Daten und/oder Informationen beschreibt, welche durch das betreffende Modul (16) und/oder durch die betreffende Einheit (4) bereitgestellt werden, dass anschließend wenigstens ein Anruf bei einer oder mehreren vorab eingespeicherten Nummern durchgeführt wird, um das Absenden der elektronischen Mitteilung anzukündigen, und dass schließlich die elektronische Mitteilung bestehend aus einer beschreibenden Nachricht, die gegebenenfalls von einer angehängten Datei begleitet ist, beispielsweise vom Typ Audio und/oder Video oder in Form einer Abfolge von Bildern, zu einer oder mehreren vorab eingespeicherten Adressen gesendet wird.
