Abstract

Vorgestellt wird ein Streckziehwerkzeug mit einem Werkzeugunter- und einem relativ zu diesem beweglichen Werkzeugoberteil (1, 2), einem Formstempel (4) sowie einer bezüglich des Formstempels absenkbaren, die zu verformende Blechplatine (19) randseitig festklemmenden und unter Zugbelastung bis in den plastischen Zustand an den Formstempel anformenden Reckvorrichtung, bei welchem erfindungsgemäß eine kinematisch einfache, gedrängte Bauweise und eine prozessgenaue Steuerung der Steckziehverformung dadurch erreicht wird, dass als Reckvorrichtung jeweils paarweise über endseitige, quer zur Hubrichtung der Werkzeugteile verlaufende Klemmflächen (17) zusammenwirkende Reckschieber (6A, 6B) vorgesehen und diese jeweils im Werkzeugunter- bzw. -oberteil auf unter gleichen Winkeln schräg zur Werkzeuginnenseite geneigten Linearführungen (16) verschieblich angeordnet und in Einfahrrichtung entgegen einer definierten, das Festklemmen der Platine zwischen den Klemmflächen bewirkenden Gegenkraft verfahrbar sind.
