Description
- Der normale Betriebszustand ist durch die bekannten Spezifikationen der betreffenden elektrischen Einrichtung 1 definiert. Jede einen vorgegebenen Bereich übersteigende Abweichung von den Spezifikationen stellt einen abnormalen Betriebszustand dar.
- Der normale Betriebszustand wird in einem unterstützten Lernprozess definiert. Dabei bedeutet unterstützt, dass die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung in einen Lernmodus geschaltet wird und in diesem die Leistungsparameter misst. Dann wird die Vorrichtung scharf geschaltet, wobei die im Lernmodus gemessenen Leistungsparameter den normalen Betriebszustand definieren.
- Der normale Betriebszustand wird in einem selbständigen Lernprozess automatisch festgelegt. Die Vorrichtung wird nicht in einen speziellen Lernmodus geschaltet sondern läuft von Anfang im scharf geschalteten Betriebszustand und misst in diesem laufend die Leistungsparameter. Zu Beginn wird der normale Betriebszustand eine relativ grosse Bandbreite aufweisen und die Vorrichtung wird eher unempfindlich sein. Mit der Zeit wird die Bandbreite des normalen Betriebszustands automatisch eingeschränkt.
- Gefahrenstufe 0:
- Keine Abweichung vom normalen Betriebszustand ⇒ kein abnormaler Betriebszustand.
- Gefahrenstufe 1:
- Geringe Abweichung vom normalen Betriebszustand ⇒ eventuell abnormaler Betriebszustand.
- Gefahrenstufe 2:
- Mittlere Abweichung vom normalen Betriebszustand ⇒ wahrscheinlich abnormaler Betriebszustand.
- Gefahrenstufe 3:
- Grössere Abweichung vom normalen Betriebszustand ⇒ abnormaler Betriebszustand.
Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Brandverhütung in elektrischen Einrichtungen (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zeitliche Verlauf der Leistungsaufnahme der betreffenden Einrichtung (1) überwacht und auf das Auftreten eines abnormalen Betriebszustandes untersucht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zeitliche Verlauf der Leistungsaufnahme gemessen und mittels intelligenter Signalverarbeitungsalgorithmen das Auftreten eines abnormalen Betriebszustands festgestellt wird, und dass beim Auftreten eines abnormalen Betriebszustands die elektrische Einrichtung (1) abgeschaltet und/oder Alarm ausgelöst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Vergleich des zeitlichen Verlaufs der Leistungsaufnahme mit den bekannten Spezifikationen der betreffenden elektrischen Einrichtung (1) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Lernprozess ein Bereich der normalen Betriebszustände festgelegt wird, und dass das Auftreten eines abnormalen Betriebszustands anhand eines Vergleichs des zeitlichen Verlaufs der Leistungsaufnahme mit diesem Bereich festgestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Lernprozess ein unterstützter Lernprozess ist, welcher in einem wahlweise einschaltbaren Lernmodus erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Lernprozess ein selbständiger Lernprozess ist, bei welchem eine automatische Festlegung des Bereichs der normalen Betriebszustände erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel (4) für die Messung des zeitlichen Verlaufs der Leistungsaufnahme der betreffenden elektrischen Einrichtung (1) und für den Vergleich der gemessenen Leistungsaufnahme mit einem einen normalen Betriebszustand repräsentierenden Sollwert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Mittel (4) mit der Stromspeisung (2) der elektrischen Einrichtung (1) verbunden und zur Unterbrechung der Stromspeisung (1) beim Auftreten eines abnormalen Betriebszustands ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Mittel (4) mit einer Gefahrenmeldezentrale (6) verbunden sind, durch welche beim Auftreten eines abnormalen Betriebszustands Alarm ausgelöst und/oder die betreffende elektrische Einrichtung (1) abgeschaltet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Mittel (4) mit einer Gefahrenmeldezentrale (6) einer Brandmeldeanlage verbunden sind, durch welche beim Auftreten eines abnormalen Betriebszustands die Empfindlichkeit der im Bereich der betreffenden elektrischen Einrichtung (1) angeordneten Brandmelder (8) erhöht wird.
