Claims (19)

  1. Process for the manufacture of boards based on hydraulic binder from a preform (5) supported by a conveyor belt (7) and intended to be cut, the said preform comprising an assembly of a facing material (1) covered with a hydraulic binder composition, the said composition additionally being covered with a second facing material (3), the said assembly being passed under a forming plate (4) or a forming roll; the said process comprising the stages of:
    1) producing at least one mark (301) on a facing material (1 or 3) of the preform (5);
    2) detecting the mark (301); and
    3) sending an actuating signal to a device (9) for cutting the preform (5).
  2. Process according to Claim 1, characterized in that, in stage 1), the mark (301) is produced using a piece forming an ink pad.
  3. Process according to Claim 1 or Claim 2, characterized in that, in stage 2), the mark (301) is detected using a photoelectric sensor.
  4. Process according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the mark (301) is produced before the formation of the preform (5).
  5. Process for the manufacture of boards based on hydraulic binder according to one of Claims 1 to 4, additionally comprising, before stage 2), an additional stage of detection of the mark (301) and then a stage of producing an impression (12 or 12a) in the preform (5).
  6. Process for the manufacture of boards based on hydraulic binder according to one of Claims 1 to 4, additionally comprising, before stage 2), an additional stage of detection of the mark (301), followed by a stage of introduction of a lath (6, 23) under the preform (5), by a stage where the hydraulic setting of the hydraulic binder composition is allowed to take place and by a stage of removing the lath (6, 23).
  7. Process for the manufacture of boards based on hydraulic binder according to Claim 5, additionally comprising, after the additional stage of detection of the mark (301), a stage of introduction of a lath (6, 23) under the preform (5), followed by a stage where the hydraulic setting of the hydraulic binder composition is allowed to take place and by a stage of removing the lath (6, 23).
  8. Process according to Claim 7, characterized in that the stages of introduction of a lath (6, 23) under the preform (5) and then of hydraulic setting of the hydraulic binder composition and of removing the lath (6, 23) take place after the stage of producing the impression (12 or 12a).
  9. Process according to Claim 8, characterized in that the introduction of each lath (6, 23) is carried out at the place where the impression (12a) was produced or opposite the place where the impression (12) was produced.
  10. Process according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the hydraulic binder comprises plaster.
  11. Line for the production of boards based on hydraulic binder from a preform (5) supported by a conveyor belt (7) and intended to be cut, the said preform comprising an assembly of a facing material (1) covered with a hydraulic binder composition, the said composition additionally being covered with a second facing material (3), the said assembly being passed under a forming plate (4) or a forming roll; the said production line comprising:
    a) in a region upstream of the production line, means (300) for marking a facing material (1 or 3) of the preform (5);
    b) in a region downstream of the production line, means (302) for detection of a mark (301) produced by the marking means (300);
    c) a cutting device (9); and
    d) actuating means for actuating the said cutting device (9), after receiving a detection signal originating from the detection means (302).
  12. Line for the production of boards based on hydraulic binder according to Claim 11, characterized in that the marking means comprise a piece forming an ink pad.
  13. Line for the production of boards based on hydraulic binder according to Claim 11 or Claim 12, characterized in that the detection means comprise a photoelectric sensor.
  14. Line for the production of boards based on hydraulic binder according to one of Claims 11 to 13, characterized in that it additionally comprises:
    - additional means (303) for detecting the mark (301) ;
    - means (101-123, 201-224) for producing an impression (12 or 12a) in the preform (5);
    - additional actuating means for actuating the said means (101-123, 201-224) for producing an impression (12 or 12a) in the preform (5), after receiving a detection signal originating from the additional detection means (303).
  15. Line for the production of boards based on hydraulic binder according to one of Claims 11 to 13, characterized in that it additionally comprises:
    - additional means (303) for detecting the mark (301) ;
    - means (20-22, 24-39) for introducing laths (6, 23) under the preform (5);
    - additional actuating means for actuating the said means (20-22, 24-39) for introducing laths (6, 23) under the preform (5), after receiving a detection signal originating from the additional detection means (303).
  16. Line for the production of boards based on hydraulic binder according to one of Claims 11 to 13, characterized in that it additionally comprises:
    - additional means (303) for detection of the mark (301);
    - means (101-123, 201-224) for producing an impression (12 or 12a) in the preform (5);
    - means (20-22, 24-39) for introducing laths (6, 23) under the preform (5);
    - additional actuating means for actuating, after receiving a detection signal originating from the additional detection means (303), the said means for producing an impression (12 or 12a) in the preform (5) and also the said means (20-22, 24-39) for introducing laths (6, 23) under the preform (5).
  17. Line for the production of boards based on hydraulic binder according to Claim 16, characterized in that the additional actuating means provide for the introduction of each lath (6, 23) to be carried out substantially at the place where the impression (12a) was produced or opposite the place where the impression (12) was produced.
  18. Line for the production of boards based on hydraulic binder according to Claim 14, 16 or 17, characterized in that the means (101-123) for producing an impression (12 or 12a) consist of an apparatus (101-123) comprising at least:
    - a frame (101);
    - two first pulleys (102, 103) supported at a first end (104) of the frame (101) and two second pulleys (105, 106) at a second end (107) of the frame (101); the first pulleys (102, 103) and second pulleys (105, 106) being in parallel planes; the pulleys facing each (102, 103) other (105, 106) being identical;
    - two transmission belts (108, 109) wrapped respectively around the first pulleys (102, 103) and the second pulleys (105, 106);
    - at least one wire (111) fixed removably to the belts (108, 109) and extending between these belts (108, 109), so that its longitudinal axis is parallel to the axis of rotation of the pulleys (102, 103, 105, 106).
  19. Line for the production of boards based on hydraulic binder according to one of Claims 11 to 18, characterized in that the hydraulic binder comprises plaster.
