Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zur Umsetzung stückgutartiger Produkte (P) in Behälter (B) weist eine erste und eine zweite Förderund Gruppiereinheit (2, 2') zur Gruppierung je eines Teils der Produkte (P) in Gruppen (G, G') und einen Picker (5) auf, welcher abwechslungsweise eine Gruppe (G) aus der ersten Förder- und Gruppiereinheit (2) und eine Gruppe (G') aus der zweiten Förder- und Gruppiereinheit (2') in die Behälter (B) füllt. Die Vorrichtung weist ferner Zwischenablagen (3, 3') und Umsetzmittel (4, 4') auf, welche die Gruppen (G, G') von den Förder- und Gruppiereinheiten (2, 2') in die mindestens eine Zwischenablage (3, 3') schieben. Da der Picker (5) die Gruppen (G, G') jeweils den Zwischenablagen (3, 3') entnimmt, lässt sich die Stillstandzeit der Gruppen (G, G') in den Gruppiereinheiten (2, 2') minimieren und somit die Umsetzleistung der Vorrichtung erhöhen.
