  • the cutting unit 6 generates the aforementioned tipping papers 7 utilizing a suction roller 14 and an auxiliary roller 15 of which the respective axes of rotation 14a and 15a are disposed substantially horizontal and parallel one with another.

Claims (7)

  1. Un dispositif pour courber une bande continue (3) de matériau papier avançant le long d'un parcours d'avancement prédéterminé (P) vers au moins un groupe de coupe (6) destiné à diviser la bande elle-même en longueurs discrètes (7), où le dispositif (1) présente au moins un élément pour courber (13) agissant sur une surface de la bande (3) qui avance au niveau d'une zone de contact (23) de manière à déformer la bande par rapport à sa dimension longitudinale, ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens vibrateurs (25) associés à l'élément pour courber (13) afin que l'élément pour courber lui-même soit mis en mouvement par lesdits moyens vibrateurs (25).
  2. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément pour courber (13) est mis en mouvement par les moyens vibrateurs (25) à une fréquence prédéterminée et dans une direction essentiellement rectiligne, transversale à la bande (3).
  3. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément pour courber (13) est mis en mouvement par les moyens vibrateurs (25) à une fréquence prédéterminée et dans une direction essentiellement parallèle à la direction suivie par la bande (3) au niveau de la zone de contact (23).
  4. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément pour courber (13) est mis en mouvement par les moyens vibrateurs (25) à une fréquence prédéterminée et de manière à décrire une trajectoire définie par deux composantes de direction transversales l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  5. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément pour courber (13) est mis en mouvement par les moyens vibrateurs (25) à une fréquence prédéterminée et de manière à décrire une trajectoire en boucle fermée.
  6. Le dispositif selon les revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens vibrateurs (25) ont un fonctionnement électrique, mécanique ou pneumatique.
  7. Le dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens vibrateurs (25) consistent en un dispositif vibrateur à ultrasons.
