En desserrant la pince, l'aiguille 12 se retire à l'intérieur du cylindre 10 sous l'action du ressort 14, il devient alors possible de retirer le bracelet comportant deux maillons encore reliés par une goupille partiellement extraite. Claims (10)

  1. A combined tool for retrieving and for inserting pins, including a body (1) exhibiting a housing (7, 23, 7') which has the shape of a U and which is designed for receiving a portion of the object from which a pin is to be retrieved or into which a pin is to be inserted, characterised in that it includes additionally a handle (2) and a lever (3) pivotally connected via an axis (6) to thus form pliers including a first hand grip (2) and a second hand grip (5), said body being fixed to the part of the handle (2) extending from said first hand grip, said body comprising a cylindrical housing (25) having a longitudinal axis in a plane running parallel to the plane of actuation of said hand grips of the pliers and in a plane running parallel to a face (23) of the bottom of said U-shaped housing, said cylindrical housing being capable of receiving a removable portion of said tool, which can either be designed as a component part (26) for retrieving a pin or as a component part (27) for inserting a pin, and said component parts (26 ; 27), when placed in said housing (25) being actuated by a component part (4) of the lever (3) extending from said second hand grip (5).
  2. A combined tool according to claim 1, characterised in that the body (1) fixed to the part of the handle extending from the first hand grip (2) comprises an abutment component part (24), whereas the component part (4) of the lever (3) extending from the second hand grip (5) includes an end portion (30), said abutment component part and said end portion being capable of moving towards each other when said hand grips are drawn together, thus enabling the gripping of an object and, in particular, of a pin.
  3. A combined tool according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the removable part of the tool, which is designed as a component part (26) for retrieving a pin, includes a cylinder (10) comprising a longitudinal bore, a rod (11) which carries a needle (12) extending therefrom and which is capable of sliding in said bore, a spring means (14) provided for withdrawing the rod, respectively the needle, inside said longitudinal bore, said spring means being further capable - when said component part for retrieving a pin is installed in the cylindrical housing (25) of the body (3) - of urging the two hand grips (2, 5) into their spaced apart position.
  4. A combined tool according to claim 3, characterised in that the end (13) of the removable tool portion designed as a component part (26) for retrieving a pin, which end protrudes into the U-shaped housing of the body (1), has a conical shape.
  5. A combined tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it includes several removable tool portions designed as component parts for retrieving a pin, each one of said removable portions being provided with a needle (12) of a diameter adapted to that of the pin to be retrieved.
  6. A combined tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the removable tool portion designed as a component part (27) for inserting a pin includes a cylinder (15) and a spring means (16) abutting against a head (31) provided at one end of said cylinder, the spring means being capable - when said component part for inserting a pin is installed in the cylindrical housing (25) of the body (1) - of keeping the two hand grips (2, 5) in a spaced apart position.
  7. A combined tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it further includes a plurality of securing devices (20, 21, 22) of various shapes and dimensions, designed for being placed in the U-shaped housing to adapt the shape and the dimensions of the object from which a pin is to be retrieved or into which a pin is to be inserted, to those of the U-shaped housing.
  8. A combined tool according to claim 7, characterised in that the upper face of the portion (7) of the body (1) forming a leg of the U-shaped housing which is at the opposite of the leg provided with the cylindrical housing, as well as the upper face of a central portion (32) of the securing devices (20, 21, 22) have a groove (8, 18) aligned with the needle (12).
  9. Use of a combined tool according to one of the preceding claims for inserting or for retrieving a pin holding together two successive component parts of an object, respectively two successive links of a bracelet and, in particular, of a bracelet of a wristwatch.
  10. A combined tool according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the body (1) is made of a material of a hardness, which is lesser than that of the constituent material of said object, respectively of the bracelet.
