Definitions
- the invention relates to a toilet installation with a toilet bowl according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the toilet facilities in which the vacuum is sucked by vacuum, have been known, especially in vehicles, such as railway carriages and mobile homes.
- the WO 92/18713 a toilet installation, in which a device for generating negative pressure, an intermediate container and a collecting container has. Said device evacuates the intermediate container to generate the negative pressure, so that when an open valve in a line, the suction mass is sucked into the intermediate container.
- Storage tanks require a lot of space and must be emptied. They are not desired in the building services.
- the EP 0 887 478 discloses a toilet facility in which a tank is also provided. By means of a diaphragm pump, a partial vacuum is generated in the tank, through which a suction effect is generated.
- the EP 0 806 527 discloses a flushing device having a hollow, cup-shaped closure element.
- the closure member cooperates with an input port and an exit port, each of which is open or closed.
- the EP 0 763 633 A1 discloses a suction toilet having a pressure chamber in the drain line between two valves. By a negative pressure in this chamber, suction is sucked from the toilet bowl through the drain line into this chamber when opening an input-side valve. After switching over the two valves, the suction mass is pressed by the chamber into another line by means of pressure.
- a suction jet pump is provided, which is operated by compressed air.
- a bellows in the pressure chamber forms a flexible membrane and serves as a sealant and is intended to prevent poor air from the drain line can go outside.
- a spring is tensioned, which builds up a pressure while relaxing.
- the invention has for its object to provide a toilet system of the type mentioned, which is reliable and durable with low water consumption.
- the toilet has according to the Fig. 1 and 2 a toilet bowl 5, which is funnel-shaped and has a lower outlet 5a. However, this output 5a is comparatively small and has a cross section of, for example, 30 mm 2 . At the bottom of this output 5a, a suction line 6 is connected in a line 29, which also has a comparatively small cross-section.
- the toilet bowl 5 can be flushed with a flushing device 1 and has a flushing pipe 3 through which flushing water into the interior of the toilet bowl 5 can be introduced.
- the flushing device 1 may be a cistern or other suitable flushing device. It is essential, however, that comparatively little rinsing water is used, for example less than one liter.
- the triggering of the flushing takes place on a key 2 or on another suitable triggering device. Conceivable here is also a non-contact or automatic triggering.
- a valve 7 is arranged, which shuts off the suction line 6 in a closed state and in the open state, the passage to a chamber 12 of a piston cylinder 8 releases.
- the valve 7 is controlled by a control device 26 via a signal line 24.
- the piston cylinder 8 has a housing 9, in which a piston 10 is limitedly displaceable in the directions of the double arrow 19.
- the piston 10 divides the housing 9 into a lower chamber 12 and into an upper chamber 13.
- the piston 10 seals these two chambers 12 and 13 from each other.
- a circumferential seal 10a is arranged on the outside of the piston 10.
- the piston 10 is connected to a motor 14, for example an electric motor moves and is connected to the piston 10 via a piston rod 11, which protrudes as shown with one end of the housing 9.
- the valves 22 and 23 may be simple flapper valves.
- the power supply of the motor 14 via a power line 15. Via this line, the control device 26 is also supplied.
- the control device 26 may also be integrated in the engine 14.
- the lower chamber 12 has an outlet 12a which, as can be seen, is located at the lowest point of the lower chamber 12 and to which a pressure line 17 is connected.
- the pressure line 17 may be a flexible hose or a fixed pipe.
- another valve 16 which is controlled by the control device 26 via a signal line 25. In one state, the passage to the pressure line 17 is closed and free in the other state.
- the lower chamber 12 forms a pressure chamber and this can be integrated into the toilet bowl 5 and form a unit with this.
- the pressure line 17 has a cross-section which may correspond substantially to the cross-section of the suction line 6. This cross-section is therefore also comparatively small and can be compared with that of a garden hose. It can be comparatively long, for example several meters long and leads according to Fig. 1 to a downpipe of a disposal line 18.
- the pressure line 17 has a front end 17a which protrudes comparatively deep, for example several meters into a disposal line 18.
- the pressure line 17 is for example by a lateral neck 18a introduced into the disposal line 18.
- the resting state of the toilet facility is in Fig. 2 shown.
- the valves 7 and 16 are closed and the piston 10 is in the lower position shown.
- the flushing device 1 can be operated for pre-wetting the inside 5b of the toilet bowl 5. By wetting accumulates in the toilet bowl 5, the suction mass 4, which fills the suction line 6 to the valve 7. By pressing the release button 2, a purge is triggered. Water here passes through the flushing pipe 3 in the toilet bowl 5. The amount of water used here is controlled by the controller 6, and the signal line 27.
- One or more nozzles are preferably provided, which in this case spray or spray the inner side 5b of the toilet bowl.
- the piston 10 moves approximately in the in Fig. 4 shown position.
- the uppermost position is not quite reached here.
- the valves 7 and 16 are still closed, a negative pressure is thereby generated in a chamber 12 ', which is preferably less than about 0.5 bar.
- a further flushing of the toilet bowl 5 can be triggered via the control device 16.
- the valve 7 is opened relatively quickly and thus substantially suddenly. The rapid opening can be done for example by a biased spring, not shown here.
- the flushing of the toilet bowl 5 is interrupted.
- the lower chamber 12 ' is so large that it is about half filled with air and half with suction 4.
- the solids When sucking the Absaugmasse 4, the solids are by the sudden Inflow into the chamber 12 'reduced, so that the extracted suction 4' is similar to a suspension.
- the Fig. 5 shows with the arrow 28, the inflow direction of the suction mass 4 in the lower chamber 12 '.
- About the Absaugmasse 4 ' is an air cushion 21, as mentioned above, about half the volume of the lower chamber 12' occupies.
- the valve 7 is closed and the piston 10 moves downwards, wherein the air cushion 21 is compressed and an overpressure of, for example, 2 bar is generated.
- the valve 16 is opened and due to Matterdrukkes the suction mass 4 'is ejected into the pressure line 17 and finally into the discharge line 18. Subsequently, the valve 16 is closed.
- the pressure line 17 is at least partially filled with suction mass 4 '. In order to expel this Absaugmasse, preferably a second flushing process is triggered.
- the toilet bowl 5 is rinsed again and this rinse water is sucked in with the above-explained process and then ejected.
- the pressure line 17 is flushed through this further process with water and at least partially cleaned. This additional rinse water enters the disposal line 18th
- the suction line 6 opens tangentially and also down into the pressure chamber 12. This results in a particularly favorable dynamics of the suction mass 4 and thus the inflow and outflow of this mass 4 in the cylinder 8.
- the suction mass 4 flows tangentially and directed downwards into the pressure chamber 12th and flushes so to speak, the cylinder 8 and rotates in the pressure chamber 12. Subsequently, the suction mass 4 is ejected. Since everything is in motion, settling in the Pressure chamber 12 can be avoided. Eventually deposited parts are rinsed again. Contact with the piston 10 and the seal is largely avoided.

The invention has for its object to provide a toilet system of the type mentioned, which is reliable and durable with low water consumption.
The object is achieved in a generic toilet system according to

In the
The
The
The operation of the toilet system according to the invention will be explained below.

Dieses weitere Spülwasser gelangt in die Entsorgungsleitung 18.If the
The
