Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour accéder à un réseau de communication informatique, tel qu'Internet, comprenant les opérations suivantes : exécution d'une procédure automatique localisée dans les unités mémoires de l'appareil électronique, qui doit être connecté par ligne téléphonique aux points d'accès du réseau ; détermination d'une zone géographique à partir de laquelle l'accès est demandé ; composition automatique d'une série de numéros téléphoniques mémorisés dans les unités mémoires de l'appareil, y compris dans la zone géographique susmentionnée ; référence à des points de connexion d'un fournisseur spécifique d'accès et d'utilisation du réseau ; autre composition automatique d'une autre série de numéros téléphoniques, y compris dans ladite zone géographique, avec référence à différents fournisseurs d'accès et utilisation du réseau. La composition automatique des numéros téléphoniques est stoppée lorsqu'un des numéros composés établit une connexion au réseau, ou bien après vérification de la poursuite des appels, après un nombre déterminé de numérotations.
