Claims (8)
- Eine Kunststoffflasche, insbesondere zum Enthalten von Getränken, aufweisend:a. einen zylindrischen Körper (11) mit konturierten Bereichen (16), welche umlaufend, jeweils zumindest am oberen Teil und am unteren Teil des Körpers (11), vier gewölbte Abschnitte (14) aufweisen, welche als Ganzes für jeden Teil zumindest einen der konturierten Bereiche (16) bilden,b. wobei die Oberflächen der gewölbten Abschnitte (14) die Oberflächen von vier Basisabschnitten (15) der Flasche in einem Winkel treffen, welcher Diskontinuitäten (17) bildet,c. wobei die Basisabschnitte (15) jeweils einen Querschnitt haben, der auf einem selben Kreis konzentrisch mit der Achse des zylindrischen Körpers (11) liegt;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:d. der zylindrische Körper (11) Abschnitte (18, 19) mit einem kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, welche sich mit den konturierten Bereichen (16) abwechseln. - Die Kunststoffflasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abschnitt mit einem kreisförmigen Querschnitt ein zylindrischer Taillenabschnitt (19) ist, welcher den oberen Teil und den unteren Teil des Körpers (11) trennt.
- Die Kunststoffflasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie entlang des Körpers zylindrische engere Abschnitte (18) aufweist, welche eine Resistenz gegen internen Druck ohne Deformationen erhöhen.
- Die Flasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der gewölbten Abschnitte (14) im Wesentlichen einen halbkreisförmigen Querschnitt hat.
- Die Flasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (11) vier konturierte Bereiche (16) aufweist.
- Die Flasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke des zylindrischen Körpers (11) der Flasche größer ist als die Dicke der gewölbten Abschnitte (14).
- Die Flasche nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der halbkreisförmige Querschnitt von jedem der gewölbten Abschnitte (14) bezüglich der Achse des zylindrischen Körpers (11) exzentrisch ist.
- Die Flasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Linientangente zu zwei der gewölbten Abschnitte (14), welche angrenzend sind, auch tangential ist zu dem Basisabschnitt (15), welcher sich zwischen den zwei angrenzenden gewölbten Abschnitten (14) erstreckt.
