Abstract
Description
Elle trouve une application particulière notamment pour les luminaires encastrés dans un faux plafond.
Afin d'encastrer et de maintenir le luminaire dans un faux-plafond, on effectue les étapes suivantes. On introduit le luminaire dans un orifice situé dans le faux-plafond. Un levier pivotant est positionné initialement de façon parallèle à une pièce de repos, i.e. les bras dudit levier sont dans une position verticale. On fait passer une vis de réglage dirigée sur le bras court du levier dans un filetage de la pièce de repos, le filetage étant disposé en dessous du bras court. La vis de réglage présente un appui pour le bras court du levier pivotant et le bras court comporte deux tenons de montage qui sont montés de façon à pouvoir tourner dans la pièce de repos. Lorsque l'on visse la vis de réglage, cette dernière pousse sur le bras court au moyen de l'appui. Au fur et à mesure du vissage, le bras court tourne par rapport à la pièce de repos au moyen des tenons de montage entraínant avec lui le bras long qui tourne également. Lorsque la vis est vissée complètement, le bras court ainsi que le bras long ont tourné d'environ 45° par rapport à leur position initiale. Le bras long repose alors sur un profilé support du faux plafond.
L'inconvénient majeur d'un tel luminaire réside dans le fait qu'il faut trop d'efforts et de temps pour installer un luminaire. En effet, il faut notamment visser complètement la vis. De plus, le système de fixation est complexe car il fait intervenir beaucoup d'éléments mécaniques.
Une solution au problème technique posé se caractérise en ce que l'appareil d'éclairage comporte une lame positionnée en partie dans le premier puits et un verrou à liaison glissière dans un deuxième puits, ledit premier puits comportant un axe, la lame étant apte à pivoter autour dudit axe, le verrou étant destiné à exercer une pression sur ladite lame de sorte que cette dernière effectue une rotation autour de l'axe du premier puits et vient exercer une pression sur un faux-plafond.

Tel que représenté sur la figure 1, le luminaire 1 comprend un réflecteur 11 monté sur un support de fixation 10 de préférence amovible. Le montage du réflecteur 11 sur le support 10 est réalisé de manière connue de l'homme du métier et n'est donc pas décrit ici. Le support de fixation 10 est de préférence cylindrique et comporte une embase 2 et une collerette 3. Comme le montre la vue du support de fixation sur la figure 2, il comporte en outre un premier puits 4 apte à tenir un axe 41, et un deuxième puits 5. Ces deux puits sont aptes à coopérer avec une lame 6 et un verrou 7.
L'embase, 2, la collerette 3 et les deux puits 4 et 5 forment de préférence un ensemble solidaire et sont moulés ensemble. Cela présente l'avantage de diminuer le coût de l'appareil d'éclairage : on n'utilise aucun moyen de fixation entre ses éléments. De plus, cela présente l'avantage d'avoir, regroupés dans une seule masse, différentes fonctions correspondant à la collerette 3, aux deux puits 4 et 5, et à l'embase 2 du support de fixation 10. Cette masse pourra être réutilisée en association avec la lame 6 et le verrou 7 dans d'autres applications telles qu'une application de baffles nécessitant une fixation de haut-parleurs sur un support de fixation amovible, le haut-parleur remplaçant dans ce cas le réflecteur 11.
Une fenêtre arrière 9 traverse la deuxième glissière 5 et est également adaptée pour laisser passer une partie de la lame 6.
Dans une première étape, on assemble le système de fixation. La goupille 41 est introduite dans la lame 6. Elle est montée légèrement serrée dans la boucle 61 de ladite lame 6. Ensuite, comme le montre la figure 8, l'ensemble lame 6 et goupille 41 est à son tour inséré dans la première glissière 4 par le haut jusqu'au fonds 42 de la glissière. Ce fonds 42 permet de maintenir la goupille 41 dans la glissière 4 et de la maintenir perpendiculaire à la lame 6. Ce fonds est muni de deux languettes 43 et 44 empêchant l'ensemble de ressortir. Ces deux languettes peuvent être également remplacées par exemple des clips fixés sur ladite glissière 4 qui remplissent la même fonction de maintient. On peut voir plus précisément ces deux languettes sur la figure 9.
Ainsi positionnés, la lame 6 et le verrou 7 se trouvent en position déverrouillée comme représentée à la figure 11. La lame 6 est positionnée en partie dans la première glissière 4, les ¾ de sa partie allongée 62 étant situés en dehors de cette glissière 4; la boucle 61 de la lame faisant partiellement saillie par la fenêtre arrière 9 traversant la deuxième glissière 5. Le verrou 7 est positionné en partie dans la deuxième glissière 5, son bras inférieur 72 faisant partiellement saillie par rapport à la collerette 3, comme on peut le voir sur la figure 11.
La partie allongée 62 de la lame, entraínée par cette boucle 61, effectue alors une rotation vers l'extérieure de l'embase 2 du support de fixation 10 et traverse la fenêtre avant 8 qui traverse les deux glissières. Le verrou 7 et la lame 6 se trouvent en position intermédiaire dans le support de fixation 10 comme le montre la vue de dessous de la figure 12. Le bras supérieur 71 du verrou est totalement alors positionné à l'intérieur de la deuxième glissière 5 derrière la boucle 61, tandis que son bras inférieur 72 fait partiellement saillie avec cette même glissière 5. La partie allongée 62 de la lame se retrouve à l'extérieure de l'embase 2.
Le verrou 7 dans cette position permet de bloquer la lame 6 par sa boucle 61 et de la maintenir en appui sur le faux-plafond 12 puisque dans sa position verrouillée, il exerce un effort continue sur cette boucle 61 au moyen de son bras inférieur 72. La lame 6 ne peut revenir en arrière et reste ainsi plaquée sur le faux-plafond 12.
Par ailleurs, le fait que grâce au système de lame à ressort, ils puissent s'adapter à des types différents de faux-plafonds présente un intérêt en terme de coût indéniable.
Bien entendu, le support de fixation, objet de l'invention, n'est nullement limité à l'application décrite ci-dessus, et s'étend, par exemple, à d'autres applications telles que des baffles de haut-parleurs.
Le verbe "comprendre" et ses conjugaisons ne doivent également pas être interprétés de façon limitative, i.e. ils ne doivent pas être interprétés comme excluant la présence d'autres étapes ou éléments outre ceux définis dans la description ou encore, comme excluant une pluralité d'étapes ou d'éléments déjà listés après ledit verbe et précédés de l'article "un" ou "une".
Claims (10)
- Appareil d'éclairage encastrable (1) comprenant un support de fixation (10), le support (10) comportant un premier puits (4), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une lame (6) positionnée en partie dans le premier puits (4) et un verrou (7) à liaison glissière dans un deuxième puits (5), ledit premier puits (4) comportant un axe (41), la lame (6) étant apte à pivoter autour dudit axe (41), le verrou (7) étant destiné à exercer une pression sur ladite lame (6) de sorte que cette dernière effectue une rotation autour de l'axe (41) du premier puits (4) et vient exercer une pression sur un faux-plafond (12).
- Appareil d'éclairage encastrable (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la lame (6) est une lame ressort.
- Appareil d'éclairage encastrable (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la lame (6) et le verrou (7) sont agencés de manière à être en contact non plan lors de la rotation de ladite lame (6).
- Appareil d'éclairage encastrable (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le verrou (7) comporte une cassure (73) adaptée pour former appui sur la lame (6).
- Appareil d'éclairage encastrable (1) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre une embase (2) et une collerette (3), caractérisé en ce que la collerette (3), le premier puits (4) et le deuxième puits (5) forment un ensemble solidaire avec ladite embase (2).
- Support de fixation (10) comportant un premier puits (4), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un deuxième puits (5), et en ce que le premier puits (4) et le deuxième puits (5) sont adaptés pour coopérer avec une lame (6) et un verrou (7), le premier puits comportant un axe (41), la lame (6) étant positionnée en partie dans le premier puits (4) et étant apte à pivoter autour dudit axe (41), le verrou (7) étant à liaison glissière dans le deuxième puits (5) et étant destiné à exercer une pression sur ladite lame (6) de sorte que cette dernière effectue une rotation autour de l'axe (41) et vient exercer une pression sur un faux-plafond (12).
- Support de fixation (10) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la lame avec laquelle il coopère est une lame ressort.
- Support de fixation (10) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la lame (6) et le verrou (7) avec lesquels il coopère sont agencés de manière à être en contact non plan lors de la rotation de ladite lame (6).
- Support de fixation (10) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le verrou (7) avec lequel il coopère comporte une cassure (73) adaptée pour former appui sur la lame (6).
- Support de fixation (10) selon la revendication 6, comprenant en outre une embase (2) et une collerette (3), caractérisé en ce que la collerette (3), le premier puits (4) et le deuxième puits (5) forment un ensemble solidaire avec ladite embase (2).
