Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a building envelope element with at least one, preferably stationary, holding device and with at least a foil cushion, the two outer layers of foil between them form at least one gas-tight cavity in which gas in particular air, is contained and has a fastening section, in which the two outer film layers are connected to each other and with the the foil cushion is anchored to the holding device.
Building cladding elements of this type are known and have been found since longer use among other things for the formation of foil roof systems as well as foil facade systems. Foil roof systems and Foil facade systems are used especially in the construction of Shopping centers, sports halls, amusement parks and other commercial Buildings used where a conventional roofing is not recommended it for constructive or economic reasons.
The foil cushion is formed by at least two outer foil layers that gas-tightly connected to one another, usually along their edges are welded to form a gas-tight closed cavity between them form. During the manufacture of the foil cushion is in this cavity Gas, especially air, is blown in, causing the outer layers of film be stretched accordingly and the foil cushion its intended Takes shape. The fact that gas is blown into the foil cushion does not only serve for shaping the foil cushion, but also for thermal insulation, which is one of the advantages of the film system.
The holding device usually consists of a metal profile frame which the foil cushion is anchored over its fastening section. there the film layers are compressed in the area of the anchoring and welded together. This will ensure good anchoring of the Foil layers and thus the foil cushion forming them. However It has been found in practice that in the area of anchoring The insulating effect of the film system is essentially completely lost, because the insulating air cushion is missing at that point.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a Building cladding element of the type mentioned at the beginning improve that even in the area of anchoring with the holding device a thermal insulation effect is maintained.
This object is achieved in that Building envelope element of the type mentioned in the Fastening section of the foil cushion at least one thermal Insulating element is arranged and the two outer film layers through the thermal insulating element are spaced from each other and thereby lie on this.
The inventive integration of at least one thermal Insulating element that also covers the two outer layers of film in the area of Fastening section at a distance, is the previously occurring Cold bridge eliminated and the thermal insulation effect of the gas cushion up to maintain the mounting section. That also bears thermal insulation element provided according to the invention itself for thermal insulation between the two outer film layers in the area the anchoring, so that the thermal insulating element itself Prevention of a cold bridge.
Another advantage of the invention is that the film layers together with the thermal insulation element in between connected in a gas-tight manner during manufacture in the factory, can preferably be welded.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in which the Holding device an engagement portion for engagement with the Fastening section of the foil cushion is the Fastening section of the foil cushion with the arranged therein Thermal insulating element can be brought into engagement with the engagement section. at a development of this embodiment, in which the engagement section two Has clamping sections between which the fastening section can be clamped, the fastening section of the foil cushion with the thermal insulation element arranged therein between the Clamping sections can be clamped. Usually the clamping sections are from Metal profiles formed.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, in which Fastening section of the foil cushion on the outer foil layers Connection point directly connected, preferably welded, are, the thermal insulating element is adjacent to the connection point arranged within the cavity of the foil cushion. Doing so usually between the junction and the neighboring arranged thermal insulation element yet another small Gas cushion formed, which also has a thermal insulation effect.
This arrangement also prevents the thermal insulating element a cold bridge from the junction to the gas-filled one Cavity of the foil cushion, so that the thermal insulating element not only between the two outer layers of film, but also to the outside located connecting point develops a sufficient insulating effect.
In another currently particularly preferred embodiment, at which on the fastening section of the foil cushion is a keder foil attached to the outside of the foil cushion with a piping rope Attachment to the holding device is connected, encloses the keder film the thermal insulating element. The keder film usually also encloses the piping rope, the two ends of the piping film on the Connection point connected to the film layers, preferably welded, are.
Usually the fastening section of the foil cushion is with the Connection point anchored to the holding device.
In a further embodiment of the invention, in which the Fastening section a circumferential flange-like edge section of the Forms foil cushion, the thermal insulating element forms a circumferential Element.
The thermal insulating element is expediently designed as a web.
The thermal insulation element should be connected to the outer foil layers, preferably welded. This is done for thermal separation preferably a separating profile made, for example, of EPDM, rubber, Fiber materials or other poorly heat-conducting materials, within the circumferential edge sealing weld between the Foil layers inserted and welded so that slipping is not possible is.
