Wird nun ein Pressschuh zur Bildung eines Pressspaltes oder Pressnips gegen den Yankee-Zylinder gepresst, so ist der sich im Spalt ergebende Pressdruckverlauf in Querrichtung nicht mehr konstant, sondern weicht an den Rändern nach oben oder unten ab. Der Pressschuh muss also über die Breite gesehen gebogen werden. Obwohl der Pressschuh relativ dünn ist und somit im Vergleich zu einer Sauganpresswalze ein relativ kleines Biegeträgheitsmoment aufweist, setzt er einem jeweiligen Biegemoment einen zu großen Widerstand entgegen. Dies hat zur Folge, dass der auf die Tissuebahnränder wirkende Pressdruck größer wid als in der Bahnmitte. Um diesem Problem zu begegnen, wurde bereits versucht, die Dicke des Pressschuhes gleichmäßig über die Breite zu reduzieren, um ein kleineres Biegeträgheitsmoment bzw. Widerstandsmoment zu erzielen. Diese Maßnahme führt jedoch aus fertigungstechnischen Gründen nicht zum gewünschten Ergebnis. - Machine for producing a tissue web according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the press shoe consists of different materials.
- Machine for producing a tissue web according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in the edge regions (R), the press shoe consists at least partly of a more flexible material than in the central region (M).
- Machine for producing a tissue web according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the central region (M) is assigned pressing elements (26) which can be activated at least partly separately.
