Claims (8)
- Flèche de grue à portée variable et à dispositif hydraulique d'équilibrage automatique, comprenant un bras principal (1) monté pour pivoter sur une tourelle de support (2), un bras auxiliaire (4) articulé à une extrémité du bras principal (1) et dont le basculement est commandé par un premier vérin hydraulique (7) à double effet porté par le bras principal et dont la tige est attelée au bras auxiliaire (4), un contrepoids (5, 6) articulé à l'extrémité arrière du bras principal (1), un second vérin hydraulique (8) à double effet porté par le bras principal (1) et dont la tige est attelée au contrepoids (5, 6), une conduite hydraulique d'équilibrage (9) reliant ensemble les chambres annulaires des dits premier (7) et second (8) vérins, et un dispositif de commande reliant sélectivement la chambre à section pleine de l'un des premier (7) et second (8) vérins hydrauliques à une source (11) d'alimentation en fluide hydraulique et la chambre à section pleine de l'autre des deux dits vérins hydrauliques (7, 8) à un réservoir (12) de fluide hydraulique, caractérisée par une ligne (13) d'apport de fluide hydraulique reliant la source (11) d'alimentation en fluide hydraulique à la dite conduite hydraulique d'équilibrage (9),par un moyen (14, 28) de commande d'apport de fluide à la dite conduite d'équilibrage (9) qui est prévu sur la dite ligne (13) d'apport de fluide, et par des moyens de détection de position (17, 18)qui sont disposés d'une part au voisinage de la liaison articulée entre le bras principal (1) et le bras auxiliaire (4) et, d'autre part, au voisinage de la liaison articulée entre le bras principal (1) et le contrepoids (5, 6), ces dits moyens de détection de position (17, 18), en cas de détection d'une position pendulaire du bras auxiliaire (4) en l'absence d'une détection simultanée d'une position verticale du contrepoids (5, 6), commandant par l'intermédiaire d'un automate (16) l'activation du moyen de commande (14,28) pour assurer un apport de fluide hydraulique à la conduite d'équilibrage (9).
- Flèche de grue à portée variable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dit moyen de commande d'apport de fluide est constitué par une électro-valve (14).
- Flèche de grue à portée variable selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la détection de la venue en position pendulaire du bras auxiliaire (4) commande, par l'intermédiaire de l'automate (16), la désactivation de l'électro-valve (14) et la cessation de l'apport de fluide hydraulique à la conduite d'équilibrage (9).
- Flèche de grue selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisée par une commande manuelle (22) d'activation de l'électro-valve (14) placée dans la cabine de l'opérateur.
- Flèche de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dit moyen de commande d'apport de fluide est constitué par une vanne hydraulique ou un robinet (28) à commande manuelle
- Flèche de grue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un clapet anti-retour (15) est disposé sur la conduite (13) d'apport de fluide hydraulique, en aval du dit moyen de commande (14, 28).
- Flèche de grue selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une conduite d'évacuation de fluide hydraulique à un réservoir (25) est reliée à la conduite d'équilibrage (9) au voisinage de chacun des deux vérins hydrauliques (7, 8), sur chaque dite conduite d'évacuation étant disposée une vanne de commande d'évacuation.
- Flèche de grue selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'une valve hydraulique de sécurité (23, 27) est disposée sur la ligne (13) d'apport de fluide hydraulique, en amont de la liaison de cette ligne (13) avec chacune des deux conduites d'évacuation.
