Claims (10)

  1. Cylinder for a processing machine with a fixing device (19) for a flexible outer cover (11), with a fixing device (20) arranged within the periphery of the cylinder for the separate fixing of an inner cover (12) between the periphery of the cylinder and the outer cover (11) arranged on the cylinder, characterised in that the inner cover (12) consists of a flexible carrier material (18) on which are arranged several underlay shapes (13, 14, 15) spaced from one another, that the fixing device (20) can be driven and the inner cover (12) received at fixing regions (16, 17) at its ends in the fixing device (20) is movable on the cylinder periphery and in each case at least one underlay shape (13, 14, 15) can be positioned relative to the outer cover (11).
  2. Cylinder according to Claim 1, characterised in that the fixing device (20) is formed from two rotatably mounted tensioning shafts (21, 22) arranged axially parallel within the cylinder (1, 2) and that one of the tensioning shafts (21, 22) is constructed as supply roller and the other of the tensioning shafts (21, 22) as take-up roller.
  3. Cylinder according to Claim 2, characterised in that at least one of the tensioning shafts (21, 22) is arranged within the cylinder (1, 2) is arranged in an axially parallel cassette.
  4. Cylinder according to Claim 2, characterised in that at least one of the tensioning shafts (21, 22) is linked with a rotary drive.
  5. Cylinder according to Claim 2 and 4, characterised in that at least one of the tensioning shafts (21, 22) is mounted axially movable and is linked with a drive operating in the axial direction.
  6. Cylinder according to Claim 2 and 4, characterised in that the tensioning shaft (21) constructed as supply roller can be subjected to a pre-tensioning and the tensioning shaft (22) constructed as take-up roller is linked with the drive.
  7. Cylinder according to Claim 4 or 5, characterised in that the drive is linked with a device for detecting the position of the respective tensioning shafts (21, 22).
  8. Cylinder according to Claim 7, characterised in that the device for detecting the position is linked with a control of the processing machine.
  9. Cylinder according to Claim 1, characterised in that the underlay shapes (13, 14, 15) are different depending upon the thickness and/or the format and/or the subject and/or the material.
  10. Cylinder according to Claim 1, characterised in that a damping layer can be arranged between the carrier material (18) and the underlay shapes (13-15), which is connected adhesively with the carrier material (18) as well as the underlay shapes (13-15) to an inner cover (12).
