Description
Claims (13)
- Beschichtungsanlage zum serienweisen Beschichten von Werkstücken, insbesondere mit Beschichtungsmaterial wechselnder Farbe,
mit einem Zerstäuber, an dessen Sprühkopf das Beschichtungsmaterial mit einstellbarer und steuerbarer Ausflussrate austritt,
und mit einer gesteuert angetriebenen Dosierpumpe (1) für das Beschichtungsmaterial, die zwischen ein Materialversorgungssystem und die Austrittsöffnung des Sprühkopfes geschaltet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dosierpumpe eine ventillose Kolbenpumpe (1) ist, deren Kolben (3) bei jeder Hubbewegung um seine in der Hubrichtung verlaufende Achse gedreht wird. - Beschichtungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenpumpe (1) direkt oder über eine lösbare Kupplung von einer kontinuierlich rotierenden Antriebswelle angetrieben wird.
- Beschichtungsanlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebswelle schwenkbar gelagert ist und mit der Kolbenachse einen zur Änderung der Fördermenge verstellbaren Winkel bildet.
- Beschichtungsanlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Kolben (3) und dessen Antriebsmotor (4) ein Kurvengetriebe (5) geschaltet ist, das der rotatorischen Antriebsbewegung eine translatorische Bewegung oder der translatorischen Antriebsbewegung eine rotatorische Bewegung überlagert.
- Beschichtungsanlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der zu der Kolbenachse parallelen Antriebswelle und dem Kolben eine den Kolben antreibende Kurvenscheibe angeordnet ist.
- Beschichtungsanlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben über eine Magnetkupplung angetrieben wird.
- Beschichtungsanlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Kolben und dessen Antriebsmotor (4) ein Getriebe (5), eine feste oder lösbare Kupplung und/oder eine flexible oder starre Zwischenwelle angeordnet sind.
- Beschichtungsanlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Dosierpumpe (1') Leitungen (21, 22) für ein Reinigungsmedium zum Hinterspülen des Zylinderraums (25) am hinteren Teil des Kolbens (3) und/oder für eine Kontrollflüssigkeit zum Anzeigen von Dichtungslecks innerhalb der Pumpe angeschlossen sind.
- Beschichtungsanlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Zerstäuber oder seiner Austrittsöffnung für das Beschichtungsmaterial zwei oder mehr ventillose Kolbenpumpen parallel oder in Reihe vorgeschaltet sind.
- Beschichtungsanlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderrichtung der ventillosen Kolbenpumpen (1) umsteuerbar ist.
- Beschichtungsanlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Eingang (26) und den Ausgang (27) der ventillosen Kolbenpumpe (1') ein Bypass (28) mit einem gesteuerten Ventil (29) angeordnet ist.
- Beschichtungsanlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Kolben (3) direkt antreibende Motor (4) zur Einstellung eines vorbestimmten Drucks in dem Zylinderraum (2) der Kolbenpumpe (1) gesteuert wird.
- Zerstäuber für eine Beschichtungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 mit einem Sprühkopf
und einer der Austrittsöffnung des Sprühkopfes für das Beschichtungsmaterial innerhalb des Zerstäubers vorgeschalteten, zur Einstellung der Ausflussrate gesteuert angetriebenen Dosierpumpe für das Beschichtungsmaterial,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in dem Zerstäuber befindliche Dosierpumpe eine ventillose Kolbenpumpe (1) ist, deren Kolben (3) bei jeder Hubbewegung um seine in der Hubrichtung verlaufende Achse gedreht wird.
