Description
ENVIRONMENT ANTI-POLLUTION AND ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM The invention refers upon a complete system of a synchronized function device composed of a CPU. electrohydraulic mechanisms, current cables and water delivery flexible hoses.
The Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System, could be installed as an independent device in any type of vehicle disposing inner combustion engine independently of cc, number of cylinders, type of fuel such as gasoline-diesel-LPG, with carburetor feeding system or with unique and/or multi injection system, turbo or intercooler.
The installation of the Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System into the vehicle hood area, does not bring any conversion or alteration and/or interference to the regular engine function according to the manufacturer technical specifications. The
Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System is set in function when the vehicle engine starts running.
Nowadays, it is no doubt, well known all over the world that vehicles gasoline and/or diesel engines exhaust gases emissions are the main source of causes for the environment pollution, as well as, are also well known the efforts about car industries researches for an environmentally friend new engine design, researches for the new methods for complete and perfect combustion of the fuels into the combustion chambers, researches about air/fuel relation AFR, the use of the VAPIPE fuel feeding system, the use of the VORTEL and TCCS for layer fuel combustion systems, the presentation of VAN EL type engine, the use of particular filters for exhaust pipe tail, the use of catalysators and catalyst-reheaters, the use of special emulsion fuels, the use of rinsing systems, as well as it is also well known the efforts about refineries to improve fuels composition, the use of gasoline without TEL, and the use of LPG as a more clear fuel. Finally, as an unique weapon to protect the environment pollution has been adopted to be applied much more stricter norms and lows .
The main puipose of the present invention is to secure vehicle engine, running under any driving circumstances, as unloaded state, at city cycle, at a traffic jam, in high-way speeds, during accelerations and/or breaking, as well as under any weather condition, the lessening of the exhaust toxic gases emissions almost down to absolute zero levels and in the meantime to secure a remarkable energy savings, moreover the secondary advantages which the device itself offers and are presented at claims chapter.
The result is being achieved by feeding the demineralized water supplied by the system itself, according the system CPU three parameters (deteπnined periods of time + defined water quantity + predetermined injected length of time) into the air suction pipe and/or into the manifold. The transmuted to absolute humidified air water enters as nebulae - air into the combustion chambers which mixed with fuels.
When fuels not completely burned by the engine, leave hydrocarbon and varnish residues, which clogs carburetors and injectors in the long run (this means rob of fuel economy). In the years ahead, those residues as well as smoke and soot scale coatings lead to costly internal engine wear.
The first aim and intention of the Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System is to clean the accumulated scale coatings of hydrocarbon and varnish residues which became stony scales coatings into the combustion chambers as well as on the heads, cylinders, cooling jackets, springs, bearings, valves, pistons and rings. The second aim and intention of the system concerns the unstopped and continuous duty to keep them cleans. By thus, the combustion chamber and all running engine pails, remain perfectly cleans and the system itself prevent any future hydrocarbon, varnish, smoke and soot built- up, into the combustion
chambers, as well as on the engine running parts, keeping engine running as its construction date operating condition.
By such a way due to the complete and perfect combustion achieved, a lessening of exhaust gases emissions abates under the permitted levels, CO, C02 and HCL exhaust emissions. Due to the complete and perfect combustion results there is also a decrease in fuels consumption, which obviously is the energy saving that the systems offers and secures.
The success of the result of the Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System is based in two accurate adjustments made through the system CPU in relation to the engine consumption in fuel percentages data with which the system CPU has loaded.
Any inattentive adjustment and/or control omission of the three basic parameters, a) injected water periods of time in sec, b) injected defined water quantity in ml and c) injectors water feeding length of time in sec, has got negative results as far as the expected outcomes concerns.
The Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System as a functional process could be described by a simple explanation as follows; a defined quantity of demineralized water at regular periods of time and determined length of time incessantly feeds the engine combustion chambers with humidified air due to the mixing water/air took place into the air suction pipe and/or into the manifold.
This can be fully understood through the detailed description in relation to the attached drawing 1, in which a flow diagram of the Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System is presented related to enumeration of the electro-hydraulic mechanisms as well as the system CPU along with a clear explanation of their utility.

In case of driver fault, no water added into the water tank, engine regular function does not be affected. However, the driver in a very short time felts the advantages loss resulted without the system.
The Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System operates with 12 volts current and in case of 24 volts operated vehicles a current converter is used.
In all inner combustion engines from their first day operation, hydrocarbon and varnish residues as well as smoke and soot scale coatings start to be accumulated into their combustion chambers and engine inner running parts. Consequently the engine starts presenting a power loss in performance, an increase of exhaust gases emissions, as well as a useless fuel over-consumption arises. The main factor to all those negative indications is the built-up of hydrocarbon and vamish residues, which by time are gathered in stony scale coatings and cover the inner parts of the engine.
During the first CPU adjustment of the Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System the engine has to be fed in water rate 1 : 10 of its present fuel consumption. Example 1
In the first CPU adjustment an engine, which consumes 8 liters of fuel at a 100 kms distance, it is necessaiy to be feed with 0,8 liters of water and to complete a distance equal to 1% of the real traveled kms of the vehicle engine. For example if the real travelling kms of a vehicle are 55.000, it should be travelling a distance of more 550 kms after which when 55.550 kms completed the second CPU adjustment have to be effected. During the covering of 550 kms there are apparently presented the advantages for the reduction in emissions, engine smoother and cooler running with increased horse power performance as well as a remarkable fuel economy presented. By the second CPU adjustment a constant perfoπnance of the advantages is being further secured and fixed in the vehicle engine.
Example 2
A new vehicle at a constant speed of 90 km/Hin a distance of 100 kms consumes 5 liters of fuel according to EEC manufacturer measurement test. The same vehicle after had covering 30.000 kms, for the same distance of 100 kms at a constant speed of 90 km/h. will consume 7 liters of fuel. So, a 40% more fuel consumption
arises which gradually will increase while traveled vehicle kms increased. That difference of useless fuel consumption increase, is the result of hydrocarbon and varnish residues built-up into the engine, which clog the normal engine running performances.
By using the Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System, after the complete engine inner cleaning (first adjustment), the difference of useless waste of fuel consumption is been totally annihilated, while the engine regains its initial by the manufacturer defined fuel consumption specification. As a result there is a proven energy saving as long as the Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System works along with vehicle engine.
