Definitions
- ENVIRONMENT ANTI-POLLUTION AND ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM The invention refers upon a complete system of a synchronized function device composed of a CPU. electrohydraulic mechanisms, current cables and water delivery flexible hoses.
- the Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System could be installed as an independent device in any type of vehicle disposing inner combustion engine independently of cc, number of cylinders, type of fuel such as gasoline-diesel-LPG, with carburetor feeding system or with unique and/or multi injection system, turbo or intercooler.
- the main potpose of the present invention is to secure vehicle engine, running under any driving circumstances, as unloaded state, at city cycle, at a traffic jam, in high-way speeds, during accelerations and/or breaking, as well as under any weather condition, the lessening of the exhaust toxic gases emissions almost down to absolute zero levels and in the meantime to secure a remarkable energy savings, moreover the secondary advantages which the device itself offers and are presented at claims chapter.
- the result is being achieved by feeding the demineralized water supplied by the system itself, according the system CPU three parameters (dete ⁇ nined periods of time + defined water quantity + predetermined injected length of time) into the air suction pipe and/or into the manifold.
- the transmuted to absolute humidified air water enters as nebulae - air into the combustion chambers which mixed with fuels.
- the first aim and intention of the Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System is to clean the accumulated scale coatings of hydrocarbon and varnish residues which became stony scales coatings into the combustion chambers as well as on the heads, cylinders, cooling jackets, springs, bearings, valves, pistons and rings.
- the second aim and intention of the system concerns the unstopped and continuous duty to keep them cleans.
- the Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System as a functional process could be described by a simple explanation as follows; a defined quantity of demineralized water at regular periods of time and determined length of time incessantly feeds the engine combustion chambers with humidified air due to the mixing water/air took place into the air suction pipe and/or into the manifold.
- Chrome plated and/or hard plastic water tank (1) it is used to feed the system with water.
- First water cleaning filter (2) it is used to retain any possible water impurity.
- Electric water pump (3) it is used to feed the desired under pressure control water quantity. In some heavy vehicles two electric water pumps could be also used.
- Check-valve (4) it is used to secure not to comeback the water flux back in the water tank
- Second water cleaning filter (6) it is used to retain of any possible resin particle.
- Flexible 6 x 10-cm diameter water hose (7) it is used to keep feeding water under constant pressure between water tank (1 ) and reducing valve (8).
- Reducing valve (8) it is used to increase pressure from wide to thin diameter water hose.
- Flexible heat resistance 3 x 5-cm diameter water hose (9) it is used to increase water pressure to the access opening of the electro-valve ( 10).
- Electro-valve (10) it is used to feed automatically the defined water quantity in determined periods of time and time duration.
- Injector bearing ( 1 1 ) it is used to support the injector at desired orientation on the air suction tube and/or on the manifold.
- Water injector (12) it is used in different types of spraying holes and opening wide angles to feed the water into the air suction tube and/or into the manifold.
- Electro-switch-relay (13) it is used only on heavy type vehicles where intensive water consumption is needed.
- CPU ( 14) it is used after be loaded with engine' data and according to them to set the system in operation.
- Fuse it is used to protect CPU from voltage drops.
- Change-over micro-switch (16) it is used when Step Switch Order Method has been chosen, which means that CPU orders are transmitted to the system when the gas pedal is pressed by the driver with which the change-over micro-switch is connected.
- CO/HC Emission Order Method means that CPU orders are transmitted to the system according the minimum/maximum engine rpm/gas emissions range scale data loaded to the CPU.
- Water led indicator (17) it is used to indicate the water level into the water tank ( 1 ).
- the Environment Anti-pollution and Energy Savings System operates with 12 volts current and in case of 24 volts operated vehicles a current converter is used.
