Die Steuereinheit enthält eine axial verschiebbare sowie teilweise drehbar angeordnete erste Hülse, in welche die Schreibmine eingeklemmt ist und aus welcher die Schreibmine bei Bedarf nach Entfernen einer Gehäusespitze herausnehmbar ist. In eine kurze Spiralnut in der Außenfläche der drehbaren Steuerhülse greift ein Stift des Vorderteils ein, so daß die erste Hülse beim Drehen axial verschoben und somit die Schreibmine in die erste oder zweite Position verschoben wird. Das Gehäusehinterteil enthält innen eine weitere Hülse mit einem axialen Schlitz, in welchen ein am hinteren Ende des Vorderteils vorgesehener Vorsprung eingreift. Ferner enthält die weitere Hülse des Hinterteils einen axial nach innen gerichteten weiteren Vorsprung, der in eine lange zweite Spiralnut der Steuerhülse des Vorderteils eingreift. Beim Zusammenschieben des Vorderteils und des Hinterteils wird mittels des in die lange Spiralnut der ersten Hülse eingreifenden Vorsprunges der drehfest im Hinterteil angeordneten weiteren Hülse die erste Hülse entsprechend gedreht, wobei im Zusammenwirken mit der vorderen kurzen Spiralnut die erste Hülse axial nach hinten geschoben und somit die Minenspitze in das Gehäuse in die zweite Position zurückgezogen wird. In dieser zweiten Position sind die beiden Gehäuseteile teleskopartig ineinander geschoben und das Gehäuse weist insgesamt eine kurze Gesamtlänge auf. Das erfindungsgemäße Schreibgerät zeichnet sich durch eine funktionssichere Konstruktion und einfache Handhabung aus, wobei die Betätigung und Vorgabe der beiden Positionen ausschließlich durch Druckbewegung erfolgt. Das Schreibgerät enthält eine mittels eines Drückers betätigbare Steuereinheit, mittels welcher die Schreibmine wahlweise in die Schreibposition oder in die zurückgezogene Position bringbar ist, wobei synchron mit der jeweiligen Betätigung die Verlängerung des Schreibgerätes für die zum Schreiben geeignete Größe oder die Verkürzung des Schreibgerätes zum Verstauen oder Aufbewahren durchgeführt wird. Es ist somit ein kleines Schreibgerät geschaffen, welches zum Verstauen und Aufbewahren in kleinen Behältnissen, Taschen, insbesondere Hosentaschen, Notizblöcken, kleinen Taschenkalendern, kleinformatigen Terminplanern oder dergleichen geeignet ist. Die Steuereinheit enthält ein Kurventeil mit zwei bevorzugt hintereinander derart angeordneten Schaltkurven, daß mittels der ersten Schaltkurve die Schreibmine in die Schreibposition oder die zurückgezogene Position bringbar ist und die zweite Schaltkurve, den als Verlängerung ausgebildeten Drücker aus dem Gehäuse ausfährt oder in die kurze Position zurückfährt. Die erste Schaltkurve für die Schreibmine ist in bevorzugter Weise derart und insbesondere als eine Herzkurve ausgebildet, daß in den beiden möglichen Positionen eine funktionssichere Arretierung der Schreibmine gewährleistet ist. Die Schaltkurve für den Drücker ist vorzugsweise als eine Entriegelungs-Steuerkurve ausgebildet, wobei der Drücker, ausgehend von der verriegelten Position bei verkürztem Schreibgerät nach dem Entriegeln, insbesondere unter Einwirkung einer Federkraft in die verlängerte Position ausgefahren wird. Fig. 1 zeigt einen axialen Schnitt durch das Schreibgerät mit einem Gehäuse 2, wobei eine Schreibmine 4 die erste Position bzw. Schreibposition einnimmt, in welcher eine Spitze 6 der Schreibmine 4 aus dem vorderen Ende des Gehäuses 2 zum Schreiben herausgeschoben ist. Claims (9)

  1. Writing implement comprising a housing (2), a writing cartridge (4) movably arranged in said housing, a depressor (8) configured as an extension of the housing (2), and a control unit having a first switching cam (46) for displacing the writing cartridge (4) between a first position in which the cartridge tip (6) is extended out of the housing (2) for writing, and a second position in which the writing cartridge (4) is retracted within the housing (2), wherein the writing implement in the first position has an overall length suitable for writing and in the second position is shortened and wherein the control unit has a second switching cam (52) which interacts with the depressor (8), characterised in that the depressor (8) can be actuated in the same pressing direction (50) to displace the writing cartridge both into the first position and into the second position, in that the second switching cam (52) is configured to fix the depressor (8) in the second, telescoped and shortened position, and in that the second switching cam (52) is configured in such a way that, starting from the telescoped position, the depressor (8) is unlocked when the depressor (8) is actuated in the pressing direction (50) and can be extended out of the trailing end of the housing (2) into the first position.
  2. Writing implement according to claim 1, characterised in that the depressor (8) is arranged so that it can be extended out of the trailing end of the housing (2) using a spring (44) which is configured, in particular, as a compression spring and/or is arranged at least partially inside the depressor (8).
  3. Writing implement according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the control unit comprises a switching sleeve (24) connected with the housing (2) and an axially displaceable cam element (36) that also is rotatable about a longitudinal axis (14).
  4. Writing implement according to claim 3, characterised in that the switching sleeve (24) inside the housing (2) is secured in an axial direction and against rotation about a longitudinal axis (14).
  5. Writing implement according to either claim 3 or claim 4, characterised in that the switching sleeve (24) has a coupling element (48) that engages a first switching cam (46) of the cam element (36) and is configured, in particular, as a radially inwardly pointing pin.
  6. Writing implement according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the cam element (36) has a front cavity (38) for at least partly receiving the writing cartridge (4) and also a rear cavity (40) for at least partly receiving the spring (44) and/or in that the cam element (36) comprises a partition (42) against which the writing cartridge (4) is supported on the one side and the spring (44) on the other side.
  7. Writing implement according to any one of claims 3 to 6, characterised in that the cam element (36) comprises both the first switching cam (46) and the second switching cam (52).
  8. Writing implement according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the first switching cam (46) defines and locks the first position and the second position and, in particular, is a heart-shaped cam.
  9. Writing implement according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the second switching cam (52) is a T-cam and/or comprises a cam element (62) extending in a substantially circumferential direction.
