Abstract

Aus der US-A-2 627 843 ist ein derartiges Schreibgerät bekannt, dessen Gehäuse aus zwei teleskopartig ineinander schiebbaren Teilen besteht. Im Vorderteil ist eine Schreibmine angeordnet, welche mittels einer Steuereinheit derart axial verschiebbar ist, daß in einer ersten Position die Minenspitze zum Schreiben aus dem Vorderteil herausragt und in einer zweiten Position die Minenspitze in das Vorderteil zurückgeschoben ist. Die Steuereinheit enthält eine axial verschiebbare sowie teilweise drehbar angeordnete erste Hülse, in welche die Schreibmine eingeklemmt ist und aus welcher die Schreibmine bei Bedarf nach Entfernen einer Gehäusespitze herausnehmbar ist. In eine kurze Spiralnut in der Außenfläche der drehbaren Steuerhülse greift ein Stift des Vorderteils ein, so daß die erste Hülse beim Drehen axial verschoben und somit die Schreibmine in die erste oder zweite Position verschoben wird. Das Gehäusehinterteil enthält innen eine weitere Hülse mit einem axialen Schlitz, in welchen ein am hinteren Ende des Vorderteils vorgesehener Vorsprung eingreift. Ferner enthält die weitere Hülse des Hinterteils einen axial nach innen gerichteten weiteren Vorsprung, der in eine lange zweite Spiralnut der Steuerhülse des Vorderteils eingreift. Beim Zusammenschieben des Vorderteils und des Hinterteils wird mittels des in die lange Spiralnut der ersten Hülse eingreifenden Vorsprunges der drehfest im Hinterteil angeordneten weiteren Hülse die erste Hülse entsprechend gedreht, wobei im Zusammenwirken mit der vorderen kurzen Spiralnut die erste Hülse axial nach hinten geschoben und somit die Minenspitze in das Gehäuse in die zweite Position zurückgezogen wird. In dieser zweiten Position sind die beiden Gehäuseteile teleskopartig ineinander geschoben und das Gehäuse weist insgesamt eine kurze Gesamtlänge auf. Um die Schreibmine bzw. die Schreibspitze in die erste Position bzw. die Schreibposition zu bringen, werden das Gehäusevorderteil und das Gehäusehinterteil axial auseinandergezogen, wobei die vorstehend erläuterten Funktionen in entgegengesetzten Richtungen ablaufen und die erste Hülse samt Schreibmine axial nach vorne verschoben und die Minenspitze aus dem Gehäuse in die erste Position oder Schreibposition geschoben wird. Nach dem vollständigen Auseinanderziehen der beiden Gehäuseteile weist das Schreibgerät seine maximale Länge auf. Die Handhabung des Schreibgerätes ist insoweit schwierig, als zum Einstellen der Schreibposition die beiden Gehäuseteile mit beiden Händen auseinander zu ziehen sind und zum Einstellen der zweiten Position mit einer gegenläufigen Bewegung die beiden Gehäuseteile ineinander zu schieben sind. Ferner ist eine gegenseitige Arretierung der beiden Gehäuseteile weder in der Schreibposition noch in der zweiten Position vorhanden. Das Schreibgerät soll in gewohnter Art mit einer Hand zu betätigen sein und insbesondere auf die zum Schreiben geeignete Größe mit der gleichen Bewegungsart verlängerbar sein wie zum Verkürzen und Einfahren der Schreibmine in die Ruheposition. Das Schreibgerät enthält eine mittels eines Drückers betätigbare Steuereinheit, mittels welcher die Schreibmine wahlweise in die Schreibposition oder in die zurückgezogene Position bringbar ist, wobei synchron mit der jeweiligen Betätigung die Verlängerung des Schreibgerätes für die zum Schreiben geeignete Größe oder die Verkürzung des Schreibgerätes zum Verstauen oder Aufbewahren durchgeführt wird. Es ist somit ein kleines Schreibgerät geschaffen, welches zum Verstauen und Aufbewahren in kleinen Behältnissen, Taschen, insbesondere Hosentaschen, Notizblöcken, kleinen Taschenkalendern, kleinformatigen Terminplanern oder dergleichen geeignet ist. Die Steuereinheit enthält ein Kurventeil mit zwei bevorzugt hintereinander derart angeordneten Schaltkurven, daß mittels der ersten Schaltkurve die Schreibmine in die Schreibposition oder die zurückgezogene Position bringbar ist und die zweite Schaltkurve, den als Verlängerung ausgebildeten Drücker aus dem Gehäuse ausfährt oder in die kurze Position zurückfährt. Die erste Schaltkurve für die Schreibmine ist in bevorzugter Weise derart und insbesondere als eine Herzkurve ausgebildet, daß in den beiden möglichen Positionen eine funktionssichere Arretierung der Schreibmine gewährleistet ist. Fig. 1 zeigt einen axialen Schnitt durch das Schreibgerät mit einem Gehäuse 2, wobei eine Schreibmine 4 die erste Position bzw. Schreibposition einnimmt, in welcher eine Spitze 6 der Schreibmine 4 aus dem vorderen Ende des Gehäuses 2 zum Schreiben herausgeschoben ist. Am hinteren Ende des Gehäuses 2 ist ein Drücker 8 vorgesehen, welcher in dieser Position am hinteren Ende aus dem Gehäuse 2 herausgefahren ist und eine Verlängerung des Gehäuses bildet. Somit wird ein ordentliches Halten des Schreibgerätes beim Schreiben ermöglicht. In vorteilhafter Weise ist die Minenspitze 6 in einem Teleskopelement 10 geführt, welches in der dargestellten Schreibposition teilweise aus dem vorderen Ende des Gehäuses 2 herausragt. Mittels einer Feder 12, welche als Druckfeder ausgebildet ist und als Teleskopfeder bezeichnet wird, wird das Teleskopelement 10 und somit die Schreibmine 4 in Richtung der Längsachse 14 nach hinten gedrückt. Alternativ kann das Teleskopelement entfallen, wobei die Feder in bekannter Weise unmittelbar auf die Schreibmine einwirkt. Das Gehäuse 2 enthält ein insbesondere als eine im wesentlichen zylindrische Hülse, bevorzugt aus Metall, ausgebildetes Oberteil 16 und am vorderen Ende desselben eine Gewindehülse 18, wobei eine feste und bei Bedarf lösbare Verbindung, insbesondere mittels ineinandergreifender Gewinde 20, 21 vorgesehen ist. Das Kurventeil 36 besitzt bevorzugt axial hinter der ersten Schaltkurve 46 eine zweite Schaltkurve 52, über welche die Steuerung und Positionierung des Drückers 8 erfolgt. Der Drücker 8 enthält eine Führungshülse 54 und eine diese zumindest am hinteren Ende umgebende Druckknopfkappe 56, wobei die Führungshülse 54 und die Druckknopfkappe 56 insbesondere mittels Rastelementen fest und dauerhaft miteinander verbunden sind. Alternativ kann im Rahmen der Erfindung der Drücker 8 auch einteilig ausgebildet sein. Wie ersichtlich, ist innerhalb des Drückers 8 die Druckfeder 44 angeordnet, um den Drücker 8 in die dargestellte ausgefahrene Position zu fahren und dort zu halten. Der Drücker bzw. die Führungshülse 54 enthält ein radial nach innen gerichtetes Element 58, welchem ein weiteres, und zwar radial nach außen gerichtetes Anschlagelement 60 derart zugeordnet ist, daß der Drücker in der ausgefahrenen Position am hinteren Ende des Schreibgerätes fixiert ist. Das Anschlagelement 60 ist in besonders zweckmäßiger Weise als federnde Zunge am hinteren Ende des Kurventeils 36 ausgebildet. Fig. 3 zeigt in einem axialen Schnitt das Schreibgerät in der zweiten Position, wobei nunmehr der Drücker 8 nach den Ausführen einer Druckbewegung in Richtung des Pfeiles 50 größtenteils in das Gehäuse 2 eingeschoben ist. Durch die mit einer Hand durchführbare Druckbewegung auf den Drücker 8 wird im Zusammenwirken der Schalthülse 24, des Kupplungselements bzw. Stiftes 48 und der ersten Schaltkurve 46 das Kurventeil 36 um die Längsachse 14 derart gedreht, dass das radial nach innen gerichtete Element 58 des Drückers 8 bzw. der Führungshülse 54 in das oben erläuterte und in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Nutteil der zweiten Schaltkurve 52 eingreift. Somit ist der Drücker 8, auf welchem die innenliegende Druckfeder 44 entgegen der Richtung des Pfeiles 50 einwirkt, gegen ein unerwünschtes Herausfahren gesichert. Patentansprüche claims
1. Schreibgerät, enthaltend ein Gehäuse (2), eine in diesem bewegbar angeordnete Schreibmine (4) und eine Steuereinheit, mittels welcher die Schreibmine (4) in eine erste Position verschiebbar ist, in welcher die Minenspitze (6) zum Schreiben aus dem Gehäuse (2) herausgeschoben ist, und ferner die Schreibmine in eine zweite in das Gehäuse zurückgeschobene Position bewegbar ist, wobei in der ersten Position das Schreibgerät eine zum Schreiben geeignete Gesamtlänge aufweist und in der zweiten Position das Schreibgerät verkürzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein als Verlängerung des Gehäuses (2) ausgebildeter Drücker (8) vorgesehen ist, welcher zum Bewegen der Schreibmine (4) sowohl in die erste als auch in die zweite Position betätigbar ist, und dass der Drücker (8) in der ersten Position aus dem hinteren Ende des Gehäuses (2) herausgefahren ist.1.
