Claims (10)
- Connecteur électrique avec verrouillage rapide, comportant un premier élément de connecteur (2) et un second élément de connecteur (3), qui sont raccordés ensemble au moyen d'un organe d'accouplement (26) et forment un conducteur intérieur (10) ainsi qu'un conducteur extérieur (9), une partie (12) du conducteur extérieur du second élément de connecteur (3) formant un contact électrique à son extrémité, et un élément de contact résilient (16) étant agencé entre le premier élément de connecteur (2) et le second élément de connecteur (3), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de contact (16) est un disque annulaire, qui est ajusté sur les deux parties (11, 12) du conducteur extérieur (9) sous contrainte axiale entre ces dernières et forme des surfaces de contact fermées périphériques (A, B).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de contact (16) est réalisé sous la forme d'un ressort Belleville.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de contact (16) établit un contact avec les deux parties (11, 12) du conducteur extérieur le long d'une ligne circulaire fermée.
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de contact (A, B) sont agencées radialement espacées l'une par rapport à l'autre et pour l'essentiel parallèlement l'une à l'autre.
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de contact (16) présente un disque annulaire conique (23), qui présente un épaulement intérieur (22) s'étendant axialement et est réalisé de manière à ce qu'une force résiduelle axiale subsiste toujours.
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de contact (16) est logé extérieurement sur un isolateur (15).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de contact (16) est inséré dans une rainure périphérique (19) sur la face externe de l'isolateur (5).
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie (12) du conducteur extérieur de la seconde partie de connecteur (3) présente une surface d'extrémité biseautée (21), qui forme une surface de contact linéaire périphérique (A).
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'accouplement (26) présente un anneau de verrouillage (5), qui verrouille ensemble les deux éléments de connecteur (2, 3) et qui est amovible au moyen d'une douille de déverrouillage (4).
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la partie (12) du conducteur extérieur du second élément de connecteur (3) est en contact exclusivement au niveau d'une surface d'extrémité (21) le long d'une ligne circulaire périphérique et fermée (A).
