Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a filler neck for attachment to a Feed hopper for bulk material with any inlet cross-section and with square or rectangular outlet cross section, for filling containers with square or rectangular cross section, in particular of clamped gusseted sacks. Filler nozzles of this type serve to adapt the Füllvorrichtungsquerschnitts to the cross section of the container, d. H. of the Outlet cross section of the filling device must substantially correspond to the inlet cross-section of the container to be filled, usually from one with external clamping devices formed on the filler neck bag is formed. The Filler nozzles are usually light from the feed hopper separable to suit for different sack shapes and sizes to be able to use suitable filling nozzles. The inlet cross section This can be arbitrary, so for example circular or square. When filling the attached Säkke with contents after opening a lock opening in the overlying Feed hopper flows preferably the contents centrally in the bag, the first still by the outlet cross section the hopper predetermined square or Has rectangular shape. Obtained by filling from the middle the sack, however, then tends to buckle and round, because the conically accumulating filling material is first the Wall centers loaded the bag walls. This is especially true at granular fillers with poorer flow properties. Such a round shaped bag is after releasing only problematic to close by the clamping devices, because the edges of the bag flag are no longer parallel lie, as still during the attachment of the bag to the filler neck. In addition to the problem of closing have round shaped Sacks also have the disadvantage that they are no longer pack-tight and can be safely stacked lying on pallets.
Object of the present invention is therefore, a filler neck to provide, with the rectangular in cross-section or square containers, in particular bags with deep ones Grease side gussets, cheap and dimensionally stable. The solution for this is in such a filler neck, the is characterized in that in the outlet section a central area is built and four separate, the corners of the square or rectangular cross-section associated outlet openings are kept open. This will be in the essentially completely open and usually undivided inlet cross-section of the filling nozzle inflowing to four Divided into individual streams, which are the corners of the outlet cross-section assigned. The sacks become so when filling initially stabilized from the corners, causing the walls between the corners a certain tension is maintained, so that the bulging of the walls in ascending contents can not occur. The effect occurs in the same way at the filler neck clamped bags as well as on one Underlay standing bags. The filled sacks have in the Cross section a stable rectangular or square shape, so that the edges of the bag flags after filling and releasing the Bags from the filler neck are largely parallel, so that simple and uncomplicated capping operations are possible.
The closed bags can be compact and safe lying either stack. There are only a few Dead spaces.
It is understood that the internals in the outlet section of the filler neck must be designed so that no filling can deposit on them and that there are no disturbances in the product flow through excessive cross-sectional constrictions can give.
According to a first preferred embodiment it is provided that in the outlet cross section a symmetrically arranged cross surface is built and four corners assigned the same size Rectangles or squares kept free as outlet openings are. This is particularly suggested that in the filler neck in the middle and parallel to the edges two in a cross shape penetrating, upwardly tapered wedge elements used are. For a rectangular outlet cross-section can be provided that one of the wedge elements wider and higher is as the other, while at a square outlet cross-section an identical execution of the Wedge element offers. The wedge angle can each relative be pointed, for example 30 °. Here is the wedge angle in particular to be chosen so that the wedge flanks parallel to the diverging walls of the lower section of the filler neck lie. In this way, cross-sectional constrictions are avoided which could lead to stagnation in the material flow.
After a second concrete execution is provided that in Outlet cross section a symmetrically arranged over corner standing square or rhombus surface is installed and four the Corner triangles assigned to corners of the rectangular cross section are kept free as outlet openings. Here is provided in particular that in the filler neck and the center Exit cross section over corner set a straight pyramid with square or diamond-shaped base and upwards pointing tip is inserted. Another addition, the for holding the pyramid in the nozzle and for separating the material flows serves, may consist in that between the pyramid edges and the centers of the filler neck walls vertical Dividers are used. The latter are in particular too as a compensatory measure required if a pyramid up square plan in a rectangular outlet cross-section is used. It is understood that as dreiekkig designated outlet openings thereby small circumcisions to each in the middle of the wall of the Füllstutzenwände lying at the left triangle points. In this version Optionally, the pyramid tip may have the narrowest cross section of the filler neck protrude upwards.
In both embodiments, the filler neck preferably forms one upper section with a consistent or from above down converging cross section and a lower section with a constant or from top to bottom divergent cross-section. The internals build in particular on the outlet level of the filler neck up. at Fillers for small quantities is a small amount of Built-in above the exit plane low, the only about the half height of the lower section corresponds. The fixtures can be downwardly open sheet metal structures. In all Cross sections of the filler neck is the outer edge ratio preferably does not differ significantly from 1.
