Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a filler neck for attachment to a Feed hopper for bulk goods with any inlet cross-section and with a square or rectangular exit cross-section, for filling containers with a square or rectangular cross-section, especially of clamped gusseted bags. Filling nozzles of this type are used to adapt the cross section of the filling device to the cross section of the container, d. H. the Outlet cross section of the filling device must essentially correspond to the inlet cross-section of the container to be filled, usually from one with external clamps sack attached to the filler neck is formed. The Filling nozzles are usually light from the feed hopper separable to suit different bag shapes and sizes to be able to use suitable filling spouts. The entrance cross section can be arbitrary, for example circular or square. When filling the attached bags with contents after opening a lock opening in the one above The feed hopper preferably flows centrally into the sack, which is initially still through the outlet cross section predefined square or Has a rectangular shape. By filling from the center the sack, however, then has a tendency to bulge and round shapes, since the conically piled filling material first Wall center of the bag walls loaded. This applies particularly to granular fillings with poorer flow properties. Such a round shaped sack is after being released only problematic to close due to the clamping devices, because the edges of the sack flag are no longer parallel lie, as while the bag is still attached to the filler neck. In addition to the problem of locking have rounded shapes Sacks also have the disadvantage that they are no longer sealed and can be stacked securely on pallets.
The object of the present invention is therefore a filler neck to provide with which is rectangular in cross section or square containers, especially sacks with deep Fold side gussets, inexpensive and shape stabilizing. The solution to this is such a filler neck, which is characterized in that a central area in the outlet cross section is installed and four separate, the corners of the square or rectangular cross section assigned outlet openings are kept open. This is essentially in the completely open and generally undivided entrance cross-section of the filling material flowing in to four Individual streams split the corners of the outlet cross section assigned. The bags are thus filled initially stabilized from the corners, creating the walls a certain tension remains between the corners, so that the bulging of the walls as the filling material rises cannot occur. The effect occurs in the same way bags clipped to the filler neck as well as on one Sacks. The filled sacks have in Cross-section a stable rectangular or square shape, so that the edges of the sack flags after filling and releasing the Bags from the filler neck are largely parallel, so that simple and uncomplicated closing operations are possible.
The closed bags can be compact and safely lying either stack. There are only a few Dead spaces.
It is understood that the internals in the outlet cross section the filler neck must be designed so that no filling material can deposit on them and that there are no disturbances in the product flow due to excessive cross-sectional narrowing.
According to a first preferred embodiment it is provided that in the outlet cross-section a symmetrically arranged cross surface is installed and four of the same size assigned to the corners Keep rectangles or squares clear as outlet openings are. It is particularly suggested that in the filler neck each in the middle and parallel to the edges, two cross-shaped penetrating, tapered wedge elements used are. With a rectangular outlet cross section be provided that one of the wedge elements wider and higher than the other, while at a square exit cross section an identical execution of the Offers wedge element. The wedge angle can be relative in each case be pointed, for example 30 °. Here is the wedge angle in particular to choose so that the wedge flanks parallel to the divergent walls of the lower section of the filler neck lie. In this way cross-sectional constrictions are avoided which could lead to stagnation in the material flow.
After a second concrete execution it is provided that in Outlet cross section a symmetrically arranged corner standing square or diamond surface and four den Triangles assigned to corners of the rectangular cross section are kept clear as outlet openings. Here is in particular provided that in the filler neck in the center and Exit cross-section set with a straight pyramid square or diamond-shaped base and upwards pointing tip is used. Another addition that to hold the pyramid in the nozzle and to separate the material flows serves, may be that between the pyramid edges and the middle of the filler neck walls Partitions are used. The latter are in particular also required as a compensatory measure when a pyramid is on square plan in a rectangular exit cross-section is used. It is understood that the triangular designated outlet openings thereby small trimmings on the middle of the filler neck walls have triangular tips. In this version the pyramid tip can possibly over the narrowest cross section of the filler neck protrude upwards.
In both versions, the filler neck preferably forms one upper section with a constant or from above downward converging cross section and a lower section with a constant or from top to bottom divergent cross section. The internals build in particular on the outlet level of the filler neck upwards. at Filling supports for small filling quantities is a small height of the Built-in components above the exit level, which are only about the same corresponds to half the height of the lower section. The internals can be sheet metal structures open at the bottom. In all Cross sections of the filler neck is the external edge ratio preferably not clearly different from 1.
